Chargepoint provides charging services… Chargepoint provides charging services for my employer and about 40% of times their stations fail to work and you have to rejoin a waitlist. Chargepoint has no process to take customer complaints and no ticketing system to track customer issues, they don't care about their customers. The station numbering system is very poor and you have to park your car and get out of your car to figure out the station number and often the plastic is decomposed and you cannot read the content and the station number.

Do not use this company if you can… Do not use this company if you can possibly do so...... Ok so they charge your card with £10 to hold in your account. Sorta ok with that, the only time I charged with them after about 6 months, was a v short charge worth £7.03. after this they then charged my credit card £30. I immediately closed my account 3rd Jan 2024 and still no refund..... For the £30 charge I have raised a dispute with my credit card who sided with charge point, because they have my credit card details, so it's a valid charge. I've reopened the dispute as charge point have not complied with their own t&C's which say when balance goes below auto reload level they will charge you the higher of £10 or the average use of through their app/account. Only used them once in over 6 months..... Credit card company are reviewing currently. All as I get from charge point is an email every now and again saying they are having problems with their systems and you'll get the money, just wait a further 14 days..... In my mind they are a bunch of criminals and couldn't give 2 f's about their "customers"

Zero customer support We have had our two chargers installed for three years and the support contract was renewed in October at a cost of £1,620. One of our chargers has mysteriously managed to uninstall itself in December and requires an engineer to set up the charger again. I have chased this up weekly and keep being told the support team will get in touch but they don't reply, even when their colleagues are forwarding emails telling them to respond urgently. There is no way to speak to the service team directly and nobody seems to care about customer service at all. We are now trying to request a refund for the support contract and will buy new chargers from an alternative supplier who will hopefully provide some kind of support.

This company will auto charge your… This company will auto charge your credit card even if you are not charging or below the minimum threshold. They ended up charging me 7 times within an hour of $10 each totaling $70 which makes no sense. I never charged more than that a session. Customer support was unable to resolve via phone, social media and email. They stopped responded and are blatantly stealing from customers with stored CC info. Beware!!!

Horrible experience Horrible experience. The home charger failed under warranty (3 years). I called, spent an hour on the phone with "level 1 support" and was told another "level 2 support" agent would reply within two business days. Three business days later I called and they said they still needed to review the case. The logs were available (it is connected) and the product is under warranty and the company refuses to replace the unit. The contact center agent put me on hold for nearly 30 minutes and stated the same script over and over again (I apologize and someone will get back to you). This is not acceptable for a company that provides home charging equipment. ChargePoint has the logs, did the testing, and refuses to honor their warranty terms in a "reasonable" amount of time. The executive in charge of customer service should be replaced and be ashamed of their commitment to their customers that pay $700 for a unit.
