CAI am waiting for a resolution to simple account issue I am waiting for a resolution to a billing problem at ChargePoint. Back on October 12, an authorized replenishing of the account failed after more than a year of successful transactions with the same MasterCard. At least 5 phone calls with long wait times and several emails, I still have no resolution. Funnily enough, that same card works fine without a ChargePoint account.

GBAnnoying and time wasting experience Very time consuming downloading the app and providing all details. Then after charging debited a further £20 to hold in their account. Why? Phoned customer service. Terrible line and the agent struggled to understand me. Cannot understand why these charging points cannot be pay as you go .

GBAccount closed - refund not paid - no reponse I had to open an account with this company because there is no other way of using their EV chargers This has since required another £10 leaving my balance £13.29. I decided to close my account and get my balance returned - sounds simple but nothing happens. After 30 days I tried to email them ... no result; telephone on voicemail. It seems as if there is a policy to keep hold of customer's money

To add insult to injury their support page does not allow me to submit my complaint because you need to choose a type of complaint with drop down box, but does not work. I guess I am not renting an EV next time, Elon :)

USI have ChargePoint charge for my home I have ChargePoint charge for my home which has failed me for the second time. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one. This time the charger has died. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. I immediately sent the requested documentation. Since then there has been silence. No one has gotten back to me. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. Every attempt I take is met with silence. Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Find a different brand, there are plenty good reliable ones out there.
