Great Purchase - I recommend this product Most importantly: The heater is working great! Keeping us warm on cool nights. It pumps out significant heat. I live at an elevation >9000ft. So far, this unit is working great whether we’re heating the van at home or while traveling. Also important: Post purchase support was great. I broke the electrical connector that the unit ships with and they shipped me a replacement no questions. Highly recommend. Well worth it considering alternative gasoline units are 3-4 times the cost.

4kw heater Phenomenal little heater. Better than espar, webasto, etc. highly recommend. Operation is simple and easy. Dropping the gas tank is tricky, and removing the fuel pump apparatus is also a bit of work. But it’s worth knowing this thing won’t crap out mid-winter. Highly recommended. Was able to fit this under the passenger seat of a 2023 transit, and I was able to rotate the inverter so inverter also fits

Haven't had a chance to test it out… Haven't had a chance to test it out really good. So far gets cold and blows really well! Easy installation. Very nice air con.

Pleased with Velit 12v RV AC Velit 12v RV AC shipped fast and so far very pleased with it. Draw is around 30amp/hr. Turbo is around 40amp/hr. No fuss install into standard AC opening. Easily keeps my converted ambulance cool. Quiet enough to sleep with it 5 feet above the bed. Generic AC remote is a bit annoying with buttons that don't apply but since it is easily within reach I change settings directly on the unit.

Great AC - Issue at install AC unit came packed well, but out of the box it had issues and an error upon installation. A wire had come off the condenser somehow and had to be fixed (crimped on) by the installer. He worked with VELIT to get it fixed and they said they are changing the design to keep that from happening. AC unit itself seems to work well, hoping for longevity and the company does seem to really ensure all is good when you have a problem.
