GBPurchased the 12V A/C and 12V gas… Purchased the 12V A/C and 12V gas heater. Had some questions before I ordered and they were very helpful answering all my questions. Will be installing on a 2023 Transit Trail soon. Order came very quick and the packaging for the A/C is amazing, I think a dump truck could drive over it and wouldn't damage it. Great job, can't wait to see how they perform :)

GBI purchased the Velit 24v A/C VERY… I purchased the Velit 24v A/C VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE ORDER WENT EASY COMPANY TO DEAL WITH WOULD HAVE GIVEN FIVE STARS EXCEPT THEY SENT A 12 VOLT UNIT HOWEVER HAVE PROMISED TO GET ME A 24 VOLT REPLACEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WILL FOLLOW UP WHEN NEW UNIT ARRIVES.

GBEfficient AC The Velit AC works very efficiently to cool our Sprinter van. It has the right balance of power (8000 BTU) and efficiency for us to be able to have AC off-the-grid while we sleep and replenish the batteries via solar panels the next day.

GBGreat AC - Issue at install AC unit came packed well, but out of the box it had issues and an error upon installation. A wire had come off the condenser somehow and had to be fixed (crimped on) by the installer. He worked with VELIT to get it fixed and they said they are changing the design to keep that from happening. AC unit itself seems to work well, hoping for longevity and the company does seem to really ensure all is good when you have a problem.
