Velit actually responds, best customer service during our van conversion! During our van conversion, we had a lot of issues getting our items. Velit was the best company we interacted with throughout the whole process- they were very quick to respond & work with us. We chose to pick up the air conditioner, as we were in the area. And although the shipping warehouse was a disorganized pain, Velit did everything they could to make the process quick & easy for us. I appreciate their timeliness by phone & email, again they were much better than the other companies we dealt with throughout the conversion.

The air conditioner survived shipping… The air conditioner survived shipping ok, arrived undamaged. While the shipping box looks good the wood is very thin. The metal around the box and metal tabs you have to pry apart are micro thin and sharp as a razor. I only got a minor cut but I was cautious once I saw the danger. Unit is working OK. Velit employee Ben is very good at answering all my questions I email him.

Efficient AC The Velit AC works very efficiently to cool our Sprinter van. It has the right balance of power (8000 BTU) and efficiency for us to be able to have AC off-the-grid while we sleep and replenish the batteries via solar panels the next day.

Good product and solid customer… Good product and solid customer support. Our 2000R unit worked great on four 100ah lithium batteries. Install was a bit tricky, but got good answers from the support guy. Looking forward to the housing extension for thicker roof installations.

4kw heater Phenomenal little heater. Better than espar, webasto, etc. highly recommend. Operation is simple and easy. Dropping the gas tank is tricky, and removing the fuel pump apparatus is also a bit of work. But it’s worth knowing this thing won’t crap out mid-winter. Highly recommended. Was able to fit this under the passenger seat of a 2023 transit, and I was able to rotate the inverter so inverter also fits
