GBYour policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.

GBTop-Notch Service The service was excellent - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the purchase process a breeze. I even had to cancel one appointment due to conflict and reschedule - not a problem on their end, they very cheerfully rescheduled and were ready to help when I arrived. I was in/out in just under 30 minutes - excellent experience. For those worried about COVID, I felt all processes were very safe. I was the only person on the lot for my appointment, masks and shields were in place, and the contract was all e-signed via my email account.

GBPost Falls store is best! Post Falls crew were absolutely fantastic. Great attitude and efficient in getting my trailer, truck set up and all paperwork in a timely manner. However, dealings with corporate phone staff were the opposite. Some of these women were snotty and rude. I felt they had no vested interest in a sale because they are so removed from how their attitude reflects upon the local store trying to be great. I think the store would be better off having their own phone staff. I wish I could have just dealt with these wonderful professionals.

GBBought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last… Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last year. Paint on the trailer is extremely poor. No primer was applied, under a very cheap one coat of paint. After 2 months all parts of the trailer had rust showing through the paint. Paint estimate to repaint is $580.00. Also, cheap non radial tires are wearing badly and causes trailer to wag. It needs radial tires, estimate $280 both. Looks like the trailer now comes with radial tires, both Trailers Plus and Carry-On refuse to address the poor quality. PAINT AND TIRES conveniently not covered under warranty.
