In reference to Trailerplus located in… In reference to Trailerplus located in Springfield, MO. The "Best" trailer I've ever bought and owned thus far in my life. Rugged, solid, reliable, etc. Owned it for 3 years and when they serviced it, it only required very minor adjustments and replacement bulbs. They went out of their way to take care of us. Never been more satisfied! Wish other businesses followed their model of customer first satisfaction.

They answered all our questions making our purchase a seamless process. They offer great warranties and a network of locations if you ever need help with your trailer.

False advertised their product We purchased a 7 X 16 LoadRunner Cargo Trailer from the San Marcos TX location. Before we purchased the trailer we wanted to make sure that it was tubed framed. According to their website, it is. When we asked the sales representative, they said that it is a tube-framed construction. We get it home and start taking off the wood panels to insulation it and find out it is all hat channel frame. We called Trailersplus to see what we could do and they stated there is nothing. Not only did they lie to us they falsely advertised their product online.

Without them I would have been stuck for the night in Redlands, but they were my knight in shining armor.
