Rugged, solid, reliable, etc. Owned it for 3 years and when they serviced it, it only required very minor adjustments and replacement bulbs. They went out of their way to take care of us. Never been more satisfied! Wish other businesses followed their model of customer first satisfaction.

According to their website, it is. When we asked the sales representative, they said that it is a tube-framed construction. We get it home and start taking off the wood panels to insulation it and find out it is all hat channel frame. We called Trailersplus to see what we could do and they stated there is nothing.
