Your policy of appointments only is horrible!!! Your policy of appointments only is horrible. I was in front of the store and I became very upset and was about to leave. I was even willing to spend more money somewhere else when the man on the phone told me I had to come back tomorrow because there were no available appointments on the current day. Thank goodness the gentleman who worked at the Idaho Falls location had to go to his car at the same time and we talked outside. He provided Excellent customer service even with the inconvenience of the covid requirements. My father and I were very happy after working with him. He walked us through the differences between the couple trailers I was interested in. In addition he went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase and to get us on our way home ASAP. When I'm ready to make another purchase and whenever anyone asked me where to go, I'll be sending them to the Idaho Falls location.

I purchased a trailer in Linwood I purchased a trailer in Linwood, NC. The first sales person to help me was Scott. He was very knowledgeable about the type of trailer I wanted to purchase and gave me some excellent additional information I had not considered. After having some anchors installed I meet Bobby. Bobby like Scott is full of good knowledge and covered all aspects of the trailer and gave me some good tips to ensure things would go right for me before and after I left. Both Scott and Bobby provided an excellent sales experience for me and I will be returning to them in the future for all my trailer needs.

Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last… Bought a 6.4x10 Carry On trailer last year. Paint on the trailer is extremely poor. No primer was applied, under a very cheap one coat of paint. After 2 months all parts of the trailer had rust showing through the paint. Paint estimate to repaint is $580.00. Also, cheap non radial tires are wearing badly and causes trailer to wag. It needs radial tires, estimate $280 both. Looks like the trailer now comes with radial tires, both Trailers Plus and Carry-On refuse to address the poor quality. PAINT AND TIRES conveniently not covered under warranty.

Best deal and service My wife and i have been looking all over Las cruces,nm and el paso for a good deal on an enclosed trailer, we got bate and switched by a competitor and my wife called trailers plus, made an appointment, and was treated right by the salesman and the gentleman who prepped the trailer. Got a great deal and excellent customer service. Definitely recommend !!
