Couldn't make a deposit the corporate… Couldn't make a deposit the corporate system was down. Local office has no ability to manually enter transactions. On day of pickup power outage occurred no fault of business... two hour delay again no ability to conduct business without power. Trailer is nice handles well. Lacking door open holders. Decals all have bubbles under them. I am in process of removing them. The front decal is not even centered to trailer.

Post Falls store is best! Post Falls crew were absolutely fantastic. Great attitude and efficient in getting my trailer, truck set up and all paperwork in a timely manner. However, dealings with corporate phone staff were the opposite. Some of these women were snotty and rude. I felt they had no vested interest in a sale because they are so removed from how their attitude reflects upon the local store trying to be great. I think the store would be better off having their own phone staff. I wish I could have just dealt with these wonderful professionals.

Terrible customer service I called TrailersPlus and started working with someone about buying a dump trailer. They told me to obtain financing first so I did everything got financing reach out to them. They never bother to help me never called me back I called them several times and they just truly ignore me. Terrible customer service.
