GBI dont think its worth the money. I was moving a 3000lb Enclosed 20x8 Trailer with the Valet, hoping it would help me park the trailer behind my house (9ft gap). The valet has alot of compliance and does not enstill confidence, I guess it requires ALOT of practice and strength and probably should only be used on flat solid surfaces.. It works, but not as well as I imagined. Honestly...I wish I could return it but since the unit was refurbished I cannot.

GBTrailer Valet—lives up to its name! Excellent product—At over 60 yrs age, I am able to move my camper-solo- and finesse the move with 90 degree turn on driveway, into garage with less than 5 inches total space to spare-effortlessly. Without this tool, my camper could not be parked in garage without 2 people, lots of angst and effort- and many prayers:). Company is very responsive and communicates well with customers.Very quick delivery—This was purchased over one year ago and still holding up perfectly ........and still impressing me with what it can do:)

AUNeeded a replacement tube in Australia Needed a replacement tube in Australia, you have to buy the tyre and tube together, $180 plus freight. This is not ethical as there is no alternative to the special Trailer Valet tube

GBSTAY AWAY- DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY- DO NOT BUY The RVR12 does not have the same tread as the smaller machines and struggles to gain traction on finished concrete and wet unfinished concrete (driveways.) As you will read in other reviews, they are very quick to accept a return for their poor quality machine. However, they charge you shipping return shipping as well as initial shipping. Additionally, I was delivered a faulty remote and they told me it would be $900 for a new one. It all seems a little scammy. I filed fraud on my CC and have returned the machine. I paid for return shipping but amex refunded the entire purchase price. BEWARE!!

GBThis company literally has the worst… This company literally has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. They are AWOL. They use an answering service and Customer Service keeps sending you form answers. I need to order replacement parts. Can I get someone to call me or take my order? NO. Actually I love my Trailer Valet XL, but what good is it to have a $700 item if I can't get replacement parts. They apparently are all about making the sale, and then "SCREW YOU." when it comes to helping their loyal customers keep the product in working order. They should be ashamed. Dr. Greg Lousignont
