Fail The TrailerValet XL doesn't work with my 9,000lb trailer. The trailer was empty and it not only could not move it, but damaged the trailer metal tow receptacle. The TrailerValet may work with light trailers, but do not use it for a heavier trailer. Now I need to find some way to sell my TrailerValey XL. I regret this purchase.

Awful experience Awful experience! Bought the new trailer wheel dolly for my double axel trailer, and the first attempt at using them the wheels would bow just enough that the steel undercarriage would contact the concrete and prevent movement. But that's not the reason for the 1-star review....They told me to send them back, (I paid $90 to ship them back) and they never sent me a refund. In the end I paid $400 for the wheel Dollys, $90 to ship them back, and I ended up with no wheel dolly and $500 dollars less in my bank account. My prediction: this company becomes insolvent by the end of the next fiscal year with these practices.

Product worked great for about 10… Product worked great for about 10 minutes - then one inner tube let go. The root cause seems the value stem is really long for the application and manually bent. Bottom line the stem caught the roller housing and tore away. Went back to the company and was told inner tube on back order or I could buy one from a distributor. I really feel the company put 100% of the design and or manufacturing problem back on me to procure, dissemble the product, replace the tube. Defintely not the $500 user experience I was looking for !!

Ordered the RVR3 and was missing the… Ordered the RVR3 and was missing the spanner wrench. Contacted Trailer Valet. After a trial use, it did not fit my needs and I requested an RMA on their contact page. Never got a response and ended calling them. After several calls and emails I sent back the unit. Did not get a response about receiving it or a that a refund was being credited. 20 days later after they received my return, I got a credit on my cc minus the shipping charge and of course no email. Their products are ok but their customer service is severely lacking. Thanks for the lack of effort Aaron (less then helpful Trailer Valet customer rep).

This trailer valet has a major design… This trailer valet has a major design flaw, it does not stay in the upright position under stress. The wheel will start moving out from under the ball coupling pretty soon after 1 or 2 feet of movement the trailer valet will be at 45 degree angle. I do not recommend this product. To anyone. I gave followed the directions and watched multiple videos thing I may do doing something wrong.
