They were so accommodating and every car was so clean and nice with drivers who connected to the guests to arrange pick up which made my job much easier. While the app could use some work when making updates to bookings, they made up for it in spades with their stellar service.

GBTop Notch I booked my car reservation at the last minute, less than 24 hours before my flight. Thomas reached out to me that evening and arrived 15 minutes early for a very early morning pickup. He was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant. The vehicle was very clean, I was offered water and a snack, and Thomas did not have the radio on or his navigation system too loud (did I mention this was early in the morning?), this was very much appreciated.

GBCommunications were consistent and… Communications were consistent and detailed from registration confirmation to the driver's daily updates. Our driver Aleks was on time, courteous, an excellent driver, and familiar with each day's routing. We had Aleks (Blacklane) on Nov. 1 and 5 for airport transfers and Nov. 3 & 4 for several hours each day.
