GBTop Notch I booked my car reservation at the last minute, less than 24 hours before my flight. Thomas reached out to me that evening and arrived 15 minutes early for a very early morning pickup. He was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant. The vehicle was very clean, I was offered water and a snack, and Thomas did not have the radio on or his navigation system too loud (did I mention this was early in the morning?), this was very much appreciated.

GBEVP needed a ride EVP needed a ride I am an event planner who received a call from the Executive Assitant of an EVP attending my event. He was arriving late and she wanted to know who was collecting him from the airport. As his arrival was late and our venue was over an hour away I suggested scheduling an Uber which was not well received. I contacted another local company and received a four digit quote (3 hour minimum garage to garage). Then I found booking lane. Fast, efficient, beautiful car, respectful driver, great communication. Thank you for making us look good and for caring for our event VIP.

GBSadly would no longer recommend -- I… Sadly would no longer recommend -- I used them once for an easy airport pick up and it was great but had an issue with my second one and they don't reply to emails. They also were wildly untransparent re: pricing; I received an additional bill with no reckoning of the numbers due to additional wait time while clearing immigration. Very disappointed.
