GBTop Notch I booked my car reservation at the last minute, less than 24 hours before my flight. Thomas reached out to me that evening and arrived 15 minutes early for a very early morning pickup. He was professional, accommodating, and very pleasant. The vehicle was very clean, I was offered water and a snack, and Thomas did not have the radio on or his navigation system too loud (did I mention this was early in the morning?), this was very much appreciated.

GBIvan and Tony made my experience so… Ivan and Tony made my experience so seamless and ensured my event ran smoothly and even came to confirm everything went well. They were so accommodating and every car was so clean and nice with drivers who connected to the guests to arrange pick up which made my job much easier. While the app could use some work when making updates to bookings, they made up for it in spades with their stellar service.

GBNo one should use this service No one should use this service. When the driver arrived at set down he demanded $200 as a “waiting fee”. This was not disclosed in advance. The company has at first lied and said this never happened and then waived this through referring to this made up charge as a “rate”. There’s no point paying up front if the driver can demand extra payment. The response below is categorically false. The driver demanded extra payment and required $200 in cash on top of the pre-processed payment fee. Obviously if this company cannot ensure the honesty of the drivers it is all the more important that no one use this service.
