Once the busses arrived Once the busses arrived, all went well but the busses were over 30 minutes late causing the field trip to be pushed back.

The bus picking up our students was… The bus picking up our students was delayed over 1/2 hour because they had to return students to their bus stop. I believe the driver tried to call, but when I called the number, it was not answered. I had to call dispatch multiple times to find out status and arrival times. Communication could definitely have been better.

All the busses showed up 20 minutes… All the busses showed up 20 minutes late as well as two of the buses went to the wrong pickup site after confirming with the company that they would be at a different location.

Skilled and Gracious Customer Service The young woman who helped make our reservation and respond to questions about details was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I really appreciated her making the experience so quick and easy.
