GBThe bus picking up our students was… The bus picking up our students was delayed over 1/2 hour because they had to return students to their bus stop. I believe the driver tried to call, but when I called the number, it was not answered. I had to call dispatch multiple times to find out status and arrival times. Communication could definitely have been better.

GBGreat! We have been using First Charter for our annual school trip for years now and it has always been great. They always show up to the correct pick up location on time and the drivers are always very sweet and awesome!
