GBUnreliable & Unresponsive First Charter was my transportation vendor on my wedding day. I have worked in event logisitcs for my day job for several years. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a vendor, & on my most important day -- my wedding day. Leading up to the day, I called First Charter on several occasions to get clarity on the trip details, as their explanation of trip rotations was unclear. Additionally, I requested the day of driver several months, weeks, & 3 days in advance of the event and the driver contact was never provided. On my wedding day, the shuttle missed a stop entirely & left my guests stranded for 45 minutes. We called the emergency number on our contract (because the driver details was never provided) & it went to voicemail. After several calls to First Charter trying to locate the bus & transport the remaining guests, First Charter never returned our call. I would NOT recommend First Charter due to their unresponsiveness & unreliability.

GBWhen talking to the agent to do the… When talking to the agent to do the contract, she made it very easy for me to understand and answer my questions The two bus drivers were very nice and when I had a question, they answered it very quickly and they did a great job

GBThe bus picking up our students was… The bus picking up our students was delayed over 1/2 hour because they had to return students to their bus stop. I believe the driver tried to call, but when I called the number, it was not answered. I had to call dispatch multiple times to find out status and arrival times. Communication could definitely have been better.

GBThey were amazing They were amazing! Our flight got canceled and moved to another airport the morning before. They adjusted the order to pick us up 45 minutes away, with barely any upcharge, and were SO great. I cannot appreciate how they saved this 67 student field trip more!

GBAmazing all around! The bus arrived on time, the driver was very good at communicating: when they would arrive, where they would be located at, and did arrive in time to pick up my class from our location. Overall, the entire experience went very smoothly! I'm very happy with my experience.
