Great! We have been using First Charter for our annual school trip for years now and it has always been great. They always show up to the correct pick up location on time and the drivers are always very sweet and awesome!

They were amazing They were amazing! Our flight got canceled and moved to another airport the morning before. They adjusted the order to pick us up 45 minutes away, with barely any upcharge, and were SO great. I cannot appreciate how they saved this 67 student field trip more!

All the busses showed up 20 minutes… All the busses showed up 20 minutes late as well as two of the buses went to the wrong pickup site after confirming with the company that they would be at a different location.

Very easy process and top tier service Super easy to schedule and everything went off without a hitch despite my hesitation given how easy it was to coordinate!! Very affordable option for mass transportation. Customer service was always helpful and it was so awesome to have the buses there to shuttle wedding guests and everything went perfectly!
