GBOn Time and Courteous Service Excellent service!!! Our plane was 30 minutes getting to the gate , but the driver was there greeting us with a smile. He was most friendly and courteous. We could not ever expect better service.

GBmy flight w/ PAL was on time on arrival… my flight w/ PAL was on time on arrival but several flights arrived at the same time and i took a good one hr just to pass immigration (minus the 30 min disembarkment and walk to immigration), and the 30 min wait at the baggage claim. so, in short my driver left w/o texting me at least. but the very kind lady dispatcher really spent time w/ me to get any available driver. of course, there was no one. so i ended up getting a $60 taxi just to get home. i did not bother call u for refund because i dont think it will not apply to the situation. can u pls allow at least 2 hrs pick up for PAL

GBDriver was great The app wasn’t that great but manageable. Was pleased there were no issues with the pick up, the driver was on time, very pleasant and professional and actually a good driver! cheaper than Uber for early pick up. Would use again if the need arises..
