GBDriver did not show up on time Driver did not show up on time. Made repeated txts and calls to his phone number as I could see on the app that he was not moving. Finally, I apparently woke him. If not for me calling him, he probably would never have showed up. Last time I will use Prime Time.

GBCustomer Service I arrived earlier than the scheduled time so I contacted customer service. The agent was very helpful and found me a new driver. All went very smoothly and I didn’t have to wait two hours ! The new driver contacted me soon after and I spotted him waiting in 20A LAX

GBUndependable Service - Prime Time Shuttle I had scheduled a pick-up at LAX weeks earlier. We were a large party traveling with a lot of luggage (four adults, three children, eleven pieces of luggage, and seven backpacks) who would be returning to Los Angeles after international travel. During our flight home, Prime Time Shuttle sent an email canceling the pick-up. When our flight landed in Los Angeles, I discovered the email and contacted Prime Time Shuttle only to learn they canceled the service because they couldn’t locate a driver. Canceling service, and with no notice, certainly left us in a bind.
