GBThe last booking was unsuccessful The last booking was unsuccessful. I booked for my aunt and I provided her cellphone number however she was not contacted. When she called the customer service line they told her there was no reservation. Eventually a ride was provided however she was almost late for her flight. According to the email update it stated she was picked up and dropped off on time. That was incorrect.

GBIn general In general, I'm really very satisfied with this service and will continue using it. This times we had some smaller issues as the App on the mobile phone did not work out as it should. Nevertheless it was still a positive experience as I got a call from the company and we found a solution within reasonable time. Like it!

GBAwful experience! I have addressed, but customer service didn't do anything. The lady was dangerous driver. Came very late, we were under rain & my son got sick. She was a dangerous driver, and was about to have accidents few times. When she dropped, we were waiting for luggage to be offload, and have not leave the car since it was raining, she told me rudely, don't u want to leave? Awful experience after a long day.
