GBGood value but too Fast for me Drivers were courteous but not engaging. A little late on the pick ups but reached our destinations on time. I don’t like that they drive 80-90mph. I wouldn’t feel comfortable riding with my own family member at that high rate of speed let alone a complete stranger. It’s Very unsettling to have to put your entire family in a situation where you are at the mercy of a complete strangers driving ability and split second reaction.

GBmy flight w/ PAL was on time on arrival… my flight w/ PAL was on time on arrival but several flights arrived at the same time and i took a good one hr just to pass immigration (minus the 30 min disembarkment and walk to immigration), and the 30 min wait at the baggage claim. so, in short my driver left w/o texting me at least. but the very kind lady dispatcher really spent time w/ me to get any available driver. of course, there was no one. so i ended up getting a $60 taxi just to get home. i did not bother call u for refund because i dont think it will not apply to the situation. can u pls allow at least 2 hrs pick up for PAL

GBI Wish They Were On Time Made a reservation and prepaid in advance for a weeknight at 10:00pm. It seems driver was double booked. He did not show up until after 10:30, leaving me virtually alone in a fairly dark empty airport. Fault lies with the company, not the apologetic driver.

CAWaited 30 minutes to be picked up from… Waited 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport despite having given our flight info. However great experience from hotel to airport.

GBDriver did not show up on time Driver did not show up on time. Made repeated txts and calls to his phone number as I could see on the app that he was not moving. Finally, I apparently woke him. If not for me calling him, he probably would never have showed up. Last time I will use Prime Time.
