Used Uber to go to Blackburn from… Used Uber to go to Blackburn from Langho, ended up leaving my car key in the taxi. When I called Uber to ask if they had found my key, they said they had and the Uber driver call Faisal actually delivered the key to me. What a great guy! I know some other taxi firms wouldn’t have even looked for it! Thank you Faisal!

Disaster!! Disappointed. Ordered taxi in advance, when came to taxi driver he just cancelled trip by himself without any reason. I was charged for that cancellation and nobody answered to me from support🤦 Worse trip ever!!!

Horrendous company, driver stole food, rang 1 ring on phone and parked half a mile away and apparently uber won't refund because the driver followed policy by contact and waiting. He was clearly just parked up eating my food. I'm disgusted by the poor customer service I will never use uber eats again. Stay away and save your money
