GBGet Amy help ! Spoke with Amy on passenger support extremely unhelpful doesn’t have a clue not sure why she’s on a helpline and actually avoided telling me how to go about complaining. Was told I’d have an email to follow explained I’m not confident can this be done whilst I’m on the phone. No email. Will not be using Uber again after this experience.

GBGreat Got uber today there and back .very quick and drivers very polite and extremely helpful.after a hiccup at 1st one taxi cancelling .on return taxi came but he was at one entrance of hospital me at other.no communication with him.cancelled after a while .as he didnt appear.Got charged but have refunded.next driver did go to diferant entrance but had the common sense to ring and came and found me.very happy in the end..both very good drivers and lovely helpful attitude.a credit to uber.

ESWe just used Uber during trip to Madrid… We just used Uber during trip to Madrid my partner had surgery and we would travel to Physio therapy daily, the only thing I would mention is if the driver takes the wrong turn and takes longer to get you to your destination make sure Uber does not charge you extra. This happened to us twice in the span of a week. And the only reason we knew was we already knew the route and knew the driver made an error. Take screen shots of you booked trip prior to and as your arrive at your destination.

GBMy driver was Jason from Poughkeepsie My driver was Jason from Poughkeepsie. I’ve never enjoyed a conversation more in my life. I almost didn’t want to get out of the uber. Very skilled and social person I hope I get him again in the future.

INVery bad experience with Uber company Very bad experience with Uber company. Miserable experience, drivers aren’t coming to the destination they are arguing. Uber company is worst for rides.
