Disaster!! Disappointed. Ordered taxi in advance, when came to taxi driver he just cancelled trip by himself without any reason. I was charged for that cancellation and nobody answered to me from support🤦 Worse trip ever!!!

I frequently use Uber and have enjoyed… I frequently use Uber and have enjoyed professional service from countless drivers. My issues with Uber are specific to the fees they charge and how little of the fare I pay is paid to drivers. I am reviewing my latest receipt from my trip earlier today. I see a fee for time, another for distance, a base fare fee and a booking fee. When I speak to drivers, I share what I am being charged and they share what Uber is paying them. Most often Uber is taking 60%+ .. how do the drivers make $$?
