Smooth sailing from JFK airport My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.

Fan of Matrix For the booking, prices are fair and responses are quick, plus they're understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. Pick up was solid. I received a text from the driver telling me he was there, then he told me exactly where to meet him for the pickup. Ride was smooth with no issues. Would book again with Matrix for sure!

Driver arrived early Driver arrived early and brought us to our destination on time. Highly recommend this service. Only issue was received a text and email an hour after drop-off that a driver was waiting to pick us up. Called Matrix and was told it was just a technical issue.

Early and excellent Our driver showed up a few minutes early which was a relief because we had an earlier flight. He waited in our drive way until we met him outside. He kindly loaded our luggage into his suv. His SUV was in clean, superior condition. No issues with the drive or drop off at JFK. Will use again!

Matrix Limos is Fantastic We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. The drivers are always courteous as well as pleasent and the vehicle is always very clean. We highly recommend Matrix Limos!
