Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Yesterday, on my return, I was confused about the new pick-up location at LaGuardia, but your driver was exceptionally patient both waiting for me and directing me to the proper pick up location. Matrix driver Abdul. Driver Abdul was on time driving a Cadillac Escalade It was dark and raining. Initially there was heavy traffic due to an accident. The car’s suspension was not good as we felt every bump in the road. Once we cleared traffic, the rain increased as did Abdul’s speed, hitting more than 70 and at times 80. We experienced several hydroplaning incidents. None of us were comfortable talking to him about the speed which was excessive in the dark and rainy conditions exacerbated by wet leaves. We all felt lucky to have arrived safely.

Never stranded Having used Matrix over the years I have always been treated with prompt and courteous service by all drivers but especially by Rafiq. A scheduled flight from LaGuardia was canceled after sitting on the tarmac for nearly 3 hours and trying to re-book after another 3 hours I called Matrix to take me back home expecting another long wait. That was not the case. Rafiq was was dispatched and waiting while I was still navigating the airport and took me home to fly another day. Thanks to all at Matrix.
