Great, safe driving. We miscalculated how long our trip to the airport would take & as a result risked missing our flight. Our driver recognized the problem immediately and drove aggressively, but very safely, to get us there on time. He recognized slowed traffic and took detours that only an experienced driver would understand. We never felt concern for our safety. Great job. I'd ride with this gentleman anytime!

Dependable and Understading I have used Matrix many times over the years. They have always been on time (early really) and made pick-ups from JFK a breeze. On my most recent trip my plane had to make an emergency landing at a different airport and it was hours before I arrived at my final destination. Matrix was understanding and did not charge me for the delay and made sure someone was there to pick me up when my plane finally got in. I recommend them to all!

Matrix driver Abdul. Driver Abdul was on time driving a Cadillac Escalade It was dark and raining. Initially there was heavy traffic due to an accident. The car’s suspension was not good as we felt every bump in the road. Once we cleared traffic, the rain increased as did Abdul’s speed, hitting more than 70 and at times 80. We experienced several hydroplaning incidents. None of us were comfortable talking to him about the speed which was excessive in the dark and rainy conditions exacerbated by wet leaves. We all felt lucky to have arrived safely.

Dependable, friendly, responsible, prompt. I booked with Matrix based on very good past experience, but had never needed such an early ride - 5:30am. It was wonderful to walk out of my apartment front door to see the car sitting waiting for me, and Mohamed whizzed around to open my door. He recognized me from previous airport trips, and we had very good chat - and relevant to my situation - on the way to my destination. Altogether a very pleasant experience.
