Flight Delayed 12 hours Javits Center to LaGuardia in mid-afternoon went smoothly. Upon arrival at LGA, I was informed that my flight was delayed 12 hrs, 10 min, meaning it was rescheduled to leave early the next morning. Matrix driver brought me to Yonkers for overnight & arranged to pick me up at 4:30 a.m. to try LGA again. Fantastic service accommodating to my needs in this less-than-ideal situation.

Matrix Limos is Fantastic We have used Matrix Limos several times for our transfer to and from the airport. They're always punctual and even a little early, which is very reassuring since we tend to be nervous travelers. The drivers are always courteous as well as pleasent and the vehicle is always very clean. We highly recommend Matrix Limos!

Driver arrived early Driver arrived early and brought us to our destination on time. Highly recommend this service. Only issue was received a text and email an hour after drop-off that a driver was waiting to pick us up. Called Matrix and was told it was just a technical issue.

I’ve had enough! I have been a loyal customer for years. I withstood the deception of ordering a black car then having any old car roll up over and over again. Regardless, this was my first international trip in a while and sadly we were stuck in immigration with 3 other flights arriving at the same time. I texted the driver when we landed that once we get our bags, I will call him. It took us over an hour to get out. He kept calling and calling but answering calls in immigration is not allowed. A few days later I see they charged me $40 more than the quote. They claimed it was because I made them wait and did not return the driver’s calls. What?!! I am In immigration!!! Do you think we were in a cafe sipping coffee? I spoke to multiple people at Matrix who gave me the same explanation. Where was this disclosed on the site or my confirmation? They kept saying “well you did not pick up the phone” to which I replied, “well you never left a message!” They obviously do not value a long-time customer so no worries…I’m done and will find someone else. Horrible!

Smooth sailing from JFK airport My husband and I were picked up at JFK airport today and driven home to Westchester. Our Matrix driver was on time and texted me. He was so patient driving in all the traffic as did not loose his composure at all. We will definitely use Matrix limos again and highly recommend them.
