It's easy to see that this company has done cross country moves plenty of times because you didnt have any questions for us, we had all the questions! (Boston to Los Angeles) A friend of mine had just used Independence Van Lines to do the same move and said it worked out great so I figured I would give them a shot. I was more than a little worried as I had never made a move this big before and in addition to all the usual stuff I had several computers I use for work that I needed to arrive safe. Couldn’t have been happier! Everything arrived safe and sound, guys were total pros, totally recommended.

They really help out during a difficult… They really help out during a difficult move. We needed to reschedule the move and they accommodated without issue. Then we needed to add packing service at the last minute and they provided additional man power and boxes for a very reasonable price. They were up front and accurate about pricing and hours the job was well within the estimate and the movers worked quickly and they were very professional.

Please look up reviews on BBB.com and… Please look up reviews on BBB.com and Yelp, please don’t give these scammy broke salespeople a free vacation. They are a brokerage with no trucks, no movers just salespeople and subcontractors. They also don’t “guarantee” the DELIVERY or PICKUP of any items meaning once you give them your deposit they can keep it and use this clause against you. Even if you didn’t cancel, even if a mover was never dispatched in the first place, etc. Even during the end of a terrible pandemic they are still taking advantage of people who want to move from one place to another. This company was once “Independent Van Lines” look up their reviews on BBB.com and don’t get scammed like I did. Every response on BBB.com is then telling customers they aren’t obligated to carry out services, and how they are going to keep thier deposit with no refund.
