GBRead the reviews. Extremely shoddy company. I’ve emailed these guys 6-12 times regarding “payment” issues whereas they say payment has failed but realistically they keep charging me. I bought my scooter outright after they offered it to me within my account as I was sick of them just taking money. I paid the 180$ buyout fee. Then they charged me 180 again plus another months rental fee! They will not respond to emails. Stay away from this company at all costs.

GBWonderful experience Love my unagi because it's wonderful for going on joyrides in the neighborhood and also for great for riding in the city. I think a few things could be improved but overall one of the best I've ridden.

GBAll of my concerns were addressed via… All of my concerns were addressed via email, however It would have been taken care of sooner if there was a contact number I could have called. Customer Service was very professional and as prompt as possible via email. The whole experience took at least 4 days to resolve but I am very happy it was

GBI love Unagi scooters.. I love Unagi scooters... great for morning commute to work. Reliable scooters and reliable company!!! Would recommend.
