This bad boy is work of art! This scooter is do dope. It's the most beautifully designed / state-of-the-art scooter on the market. It's also the lightest and most portable, and still packs a lot of power. It really zips through Brooklyn and is perfect to take on the subway. You give up a little cushion w/ the airless tires, but you make it up in that you never have to worry about a flat tire!

Hello ElectricCreature here :) Read this :) I’ve been riding Unagi Scooters for over 3 years now. I have put Unagi Scooters through the maximum test. They are built at high quality, light weight, and good top speeds. With dual motors you can’t go wrong. I’ve ridden in 2.5 inches of rain, and the Unagi Model One held up the whole 3 hours of downpour. During the winter I went out in snow, and this scooter did not die and went over ice fine. Even with solid tires, this scooter didn’t slide at all on snowy roads. If you are looking for a lightweight(portable)long battery life, easy maintenance, good top speed, then this scooter is for you. Trust me, I’ve hit plenty of bumps 3 years straight so far and this scooter has held up really well. I haven’t done maintenance at all and this scooter is stilling going strong. Read the reviews. Extremely shoddy company. I’ve emailed these guys 6-12 times regarding “payment” issues whereas they say payment has failed but realistically they keep charging me. I bought my scooter outright after they offered it to me within my account as I was sick of them just taking money. I paid the 180$ buyout fee. Then they charged me 180 again plus another months rental fee! They will not respond to emails. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Shoddy company Shoddy company. I returned two disfunctional scooters now they claim they never received them and sent me to debt collections. I’m fighting a debt collection company over products I never even got to use. UNAGI, YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND I WILL NEVER PAY YOU A DIME. ITS A FRAUDULENT DEBT COLLECTION.

Wonderful experience Love my unagi because it's wonderful for going on joyrides in the neighborhood and also for great for riding in the city. I think a few things could be improved but overall one of the best I've ridden.
