GBFun to ride and maintenance free Fun to ride and maintenance free! I've had my Unagi e-scooter for over a year. It's easy to ride and a lot of fun. The scooter is well made and high quality but light enough I can fold and easily carry. Customer Service has been quick and responsive to questions.

GBI do not recommend due to customer and product experience. Customer service and scooter replacement has been severely lacking. Multiple scooters were sent that did not work out of the box. Additionally, my requests for shipment options were completely ignored also multiple times.

GBAll of my concerns were addressed via… All of my concerns were addressed via email, however It would have been taken care of sooner if there was a contact number I could have called. Customer Service was very professional and as prompt as possible via email. The whole experience took at least 4 days to resolve but I am very happy it was

GBThe charger i got with my scooter… The charger i got with my scooter doesn’t work. So since receiving it i haven’t even been able to ride it once but have been so busy moving i haven’t had time to reach out. It’s got two different colored completely miss matching cords. Oh and i specifically requested a new scooter and agreed to pay whatever the price was and was sent an old dirty scratched refurbished one instead with a cord that doesn’t work. I need to go a few places today and can’t even ride my scooter. So I’ll be paying Uber or Lyft.
