GBEvil user experience... even B4 starting the subscription! I haven't even started my subscription when Unagi emailed me and offered me another free month of subscription. There was also an option to cancel all the way down the email. After reading terrible reviews online as well as to change my mind and buy a good scooter, I tried their AI chatbot that told me to contact cust svc that tells me to use the AI platform!?!?!!? Even if their scooters are excellent, I would not bother with Unagi.

GBThe Unagi Model One Classic is a real… The Unagi Model One Classic is a real head-turner! Definitely the most stylish scooter on the block plus Unagi has pretty good customer support which I appreciate as a member.

GBI do not recommend due to customer and product experience. Customer service and scooter replacement has been severely lacking. Multiple scooters were sent that did not work out of the box. Additionally, my requests for shipment options were completely ignored also multiple times.
