GBBEWARE OF FRAUD BEWARE OF FRAUD! I have never used this company but learned they got my credit card number when it was stolen and have been charging me $108 per month. Even changed their name and location so it wasn't flagged by my credit card company. Do not trust!

GBStealing your money for broken scooters!! We repeatedly paid for scooter rides for scooters that wouldn’t start, or would stop running in the middle of the ride even though it was showing it had plenty battery life left. It would charge a dollar each time to unlock, so I had at least three rides costing me around $2 where I literally didn’t go ANYWHERE because the scooter wouldn’t start! And yes, I was pushing off with my foot for quite a bit while trying to turn it on and it wouldn’t work. Then, on my last attempt, I couldn’t even unlock it because my account had less than $5 on it! So that’s more money down the drain because our city we are from doesn’t even have Helbiz, so I won’t get to use it once we get done with our vacation! This scooter company is beyond frustrating, they are wringing money from everyone left and right without delivering a reliable service. Absolute trash.

RUTypical scammers. Company of scammers that screwed over their investors and coin holders, then ran away with their money, and now try to look all white and fluffy innocent. Lost a lot of money because of those manipulators.

GBZero stars Zero stars. Wife and I used 2 scooters same time. No issues with hers. Mine. Wouldn't start after pushing off. 5 mins later, it "magically" started working. Both ended on the app, it asked for a picture of the locked scooter. App said it was fully ended, showed charges around $8 each. 2hrs later, there's another extra charge for $50.01. it attempted to charge same amount 3 more times. Which were declined by my bank, and they called me for the alert. I didn't authorize any more billing, and I was done. Used in DC area. Bank was nice and refused the payments, and gave me my money back, except for the $8 that was correct. Tried to contact Helbiz, no response. This is unacceptable business practice.
