BEWARE OF FRAUD BEWARE OF FRAUD! I have never used this company but learned they got my credit card number when it was stolen and have been charging me $108 per month. Even changed their name and location so it wasn't flagged by my credit card company. Do not trust!

Without my conses, they used my CC Helbiz without my conses (I even had the app not installed anymore on my phone) decided to use my credit card for their premium plans. When I discovered it, they escalated quickly my issue and in the same time deleted everything about me from their platform (so that I cannot anymore evidences). They refund me later on, and parmented banned from their systems without any notification from them. I asked for clarification about the (evident illegal) use of my data to assistence, they only told me that was a my fault and if had more questions they were going to denounce me.

Helbiz SCAM HBZ SCAM Investors been banned from telegram channels who asked technical questions, complained lack of communication and asking question about missing airdrop. Also, Helbiz delete the conversations from banned investors. If HBZ ban investors whoever make comment or complaint it sounds like SCAM not genuine project. Report to SEC, FTC, IC3

Absolutely the WORST experience ever Absolutely the WORST experience ever! No indication of price but I figured I was going 1 mile it wouldn’t be that expensive.. I goggle it and Google said .35/minute. It took me 5 minutes to just get the thing the work!!! And then when we rode it took another 5 minutes to find a place to park it in the “zone”. I was charged .85/minute!!! Which needed you being $17 plus, and since it was me and another person it was times 2!!! When I tried to contact them I got a statement saying it “clearly says .85/min” that is not true… and on to of that the receipt said 41 miles!!! In 20 mins? Impossible!!! This is totally wrong and they overcharge without a way of contacting them you’re basically screwed…
