GBSCAM SCAM. As with others in Washington DC, the company sent me a snooty condescending email stating it was my fault their scooters do not end properly. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a justified refund three times. I have been unable to delete my account. My colleague at the New York Times is currently undertaking an investigation into whether Helbiz is breaking US law.

GBHelbiz SCAM HBZ SCAM Investors been banned from telegram channels who asked technical questions, complained lack of communication and asking question about missing airdrop. Also, Helbiz delete the conversations from banned investors. If HBZ ban investors whoever make comment or complaint it sounds like SCAM not genuine project. Report to SEC, FTC, IC3

ITThe smartest way to travel! Visited a few cities in Italy over the summer, and did not have to use taxi / bus / rental car a single time. Instead I was able to quickly grab scooters and simply leave when at the destination without the hassle of dealing with parking or high costs.

GBRode me into the poor house Rode the scooter for 16 minutes and used the "pause" option. Only put $10 on the Helbiz wallet but they decided to charge me even when I wasn't riding the stupid thing. Someone was able to take the scooters when they were paused (and while we were still charged for the scooters btw) total bill on my bank account was $43 for a $16 scooter ride. Now they won't give me a refund and have told me to "be more careful in the future" ABSOLUTE CRIMINAL. I am currently contacting my credit card company for fraudulent activity.

GBVery unhelpful Very unhelpful, I was overcharged and there was nothing they can do about it other than give me a coupon. Do not use this scooter company, I’d kick them all down if it wasn’t illegal.
