GBSCAM SCAM. As with others in Washington DC, the company sent me a snooty condescending email stating it was my fault their scooters do not end properly. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a justified refund three times. I have been unable to delete my account. My colleague at the New York Times is currently undertaking an investigation into whether Helbiz is breaking US law.

GBI would never again rent scooters from… I would never again rent scooters from this company. Their “day pass” was a joke for the price. Lime is so much better and I’m going to spread the word to everyone I know. Their customer service rep was rude and I could not understand her. Poorly run company.

GBWish I could give 0 Wish I could give 0. Wanted to ride one to universal theme park but get there and it’s no parking ANYWHERE NEAR the park. The only place I could park is exactly where I got it. Staff was rude and unhelpful and took a week for me to be approved for a refund after complaining continuously. They tried lying and saying I didn’t park In the right area and everything. Never ever again.

ITWithout my conses, they used my CC Helbiz without my conses (I even had the app not installed anymore on my phone) decided to use my credit card for their premium plans. When I discovered it, they escalated quickly my issue and in the same time deleted everything about me from their platform (so that I cannot anymore evidences). They refund me later on, and parmented banned from their systems without any notification from them. I asked for clarification about the (evident illegal) use of my data to assistence, they only told me that was a my fault and if had more questions they were going to denounce me.

GBBeware of the “day pass” Beware of the “day pass”! Apparently it is only for four separate 30 minute rides. We rode for 61 minutes so only the first 30 minutes was covered under the $9.99 day pass fee and we were charged for the other 31 minutes. When we contacted support they told us there was nothing they could do and we should have ended our ride at 30 minutes and started a new one. How does that make sense???
