SCAM SCAM. As with others in Washington DC, the company sent me a snooty condescending email stating it was my fault their scooters do not end properly. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a justified refund three times. I have been unable to delete my account. My colleague at the New York Times is currently undertaking an investigation into whether Helbiz is breaking US law.

Bad experience The scooter itself rides nicely, but all the stuff around it is just plain stupid. When there's a zone you shouldn't drive in, it nicely recognizes that you shouldn't be driving quickly so it slows to 6kmph. However, leaving that zone never gets it to start again. Every unlock costs €1. I wanted to have a 3 minute drive and had €4.25 left. I can't unlock because I have insufficient funds. Now I'm stuck with this amount on the app with no refund possible. It's fun when it works, but it often doesn't and then it's VERY frustrating.

I would never again rent scooters from… I would never again rent scooters from this company. Their “day pass” was a joke for the price. Lime is so much better and I’m going to spread the word to everyone I know. Their customer service rep was rude and I could not understand her. Poorly run company.

Wish I could give 0 Wish I could give 0. Wanted to ride one to universal theme park but get there and it’s no parking ANYWHERE NEAR the park. The only place I could park is exactly where I got it. Staff was rude and unhelpful and took a week for me to be approved for a refund after complaining continuously. They tried lying and saying I didn’t park In the right area and everything. Never ever again.

Best project of 2018. Helbiz project is the best project of 2018 according to my view. The project idea is incredible, the team is also professional and reputable. Helbiz car lock demo image is already released and beta testing within this June. The first Helbiz car will be brought in public even where people can even test it with Helbiz P2P application. HelbizPay may also in action soon. P2P application launching is in this July in LA, US. I would like to recommend this project to anyone without a second thought. Love Helbiz!
