Great Customer Service For some strange reason, my client's car reservation was cancelled. Not by me, nor by the client. When I rebooked the car, the price came out slightly higher by $19.00 CAD. I spoke to GARWAYNE, who took the initiative to apply payment, since the original booking was already credited and arranged for the price to remain the same, Great initiative on his part, and he understands the true meaning of customer service.
