Good Company I have used Auto Europe for my European trips for some 20 years and I have always found them to provide a great service irrespective of which rental car company I have been booked with.

Booking trough them for past 20 years… Booking trough them for past 20 years or more. The best, always, informative, and easy process. My second rental this year, actually third, couldn't avail- consume the first one , as wife & I contracted Covid and had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I called in but they wouldn't refund or credit, and had to pay again unless I produced doctor note. That was definitely disappointing, considering that they did not have to pay the actual provider. Big company like this should amend their policy for their faithful customers. Still hoping they will contact me and reverse charge for something that was not consumed. Cheers, Albin Skodic

The AutoEurope website was easier to… The AutoEurope website was easier to use than others, and clear on what was/wasn't included. Also,every other car rental company I tried in Veracruz, Mexico, refused me because I'm over 75. (Yet I rent cars in the USA, without problems).
