Great Customer Service For some strange reason, my client's car reservation was cancelled. Not by me, nor by the client. When I rebooked the car, the price came out slightly higher by $19.00 CAD. I spoke to GARWAYNE, who took the initiative to apply payment, since the original booking was already credited and arranged for the price to remain the same, Great initiative on his part, and he understands the true meaning of customer service. Helpful and Courteous Service I had previously booked a car rental in April went to check prices today and i was able to get a bigger vehicle for less cost. I called Auto Europe and spoke with Markus C, he was so helpful and courteous in dealing with modifying my reservation and issuing a refund for the difference. Very impressed with the sevice Markus C. provided today.
