Very good application Used this application for the first time in Paris région. Pros : The instructions are very clear, easy to use. I had to use "contactless" option since it was closest to my place, you unlock the vehicle yourself using your phone. I could rent it on 1st of May, a holiday, which is not possible with other professional renting companies. Cons : The vehicle was quite old and has some damages, that's something you dont see on the photos nor is it mentioned anywhere.

I’m super appreciative to rent from… I’m super appreciative to rent from this owner! Just four stars this time because of an issue with Getaround 1) the garage says they no longer park the car? It seems precarious given the style of garage is one where cars are double parked. Everything is in tact on my end but the car is facing as I wanted to make sure not to ding anything. So I’m not sure how that’s going to work for the next person, if they’re going to be asked to back-out on their own 👀 2) The fuel level in the app says to report discrepancies of 15% or more but the UI prompt to self report negates this measure. More clarity would be great! I’ve overfilled this car a lot before and I just did a short trip across town yesterday. Would love more clarity on how the new app works with refueling (since in the past reimbursement was not given).

The owner cancelled the ride after I… The owner cancelled the ride after I accepted it and went all the way home citing that there was a engine light on (and there wasn't) and he didn't feel safe with us driving the car.... I paid for a Uber there and home... And it left me without a transportation... This is a survive you are offering to everybody... If he want to be exclusive with his car then pass it around his family and take it off this program.... Then the customer service said for my inconvenience he will reimburse my Uber fees if I rent again.... No resolution at all

Everything was smooth Everything was smooth, from picking up the car til returning it back. Seems like I only missed the point that car has to be charged before the delivery back. communication with owner was also easy via app. excellent 😊 Will definitely recommend

There was a period where Getaround’s… There was a period where Getaround’s agents were a mixed bag but lately they’ve been consistently good. It goes a long way when calling them is usually a stressful situation.
