GBPredatory lender The application was immediately denied the within 30 minutes they changed their mind to approved. Then approved for more than asked for. Spent less than approved for. Then never told rate and term. Only told free of interest for 3 months then the $3200 product would then be made into payments to cover $7200. Well over the value. No one explained anything. Nor did the merchant care about the safety of product or patron in transport. All in all don't recommend if you can not pay off immediately. Highly predatory lending practices.

GBGarbage communication Garbage communication, Bailees needs to go back to their last financers, they were much better! Seem ignorant over the phone, somehow had my email address wrong, lady verified my info but then couldnt find me. Wasn't taking payments them tried to take 3 in 2 days amd somehow we've missed others but never notified.

GBCustomer Service Needs Better Training When I called to understand more about the program and specifically what my total cost would be for a lease less than what I was approved for with an early payoff option, customer service sucked at explaining it. They said the retailer had to do that. How can you not explain how your own service works?
