Filthy car with unexpected charges Car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Agent was rude. After purchasing insurance through Expedia, having additional coverage from my credit card company and my own auto insurance policy that covers rentals, I was forced to buy additional insurance from them. I was also charged for a deposit on the car. Car rental center was not on site at the airport and required waiting for a shuttle to take you there. You do not get as good a price as you thought when you book! I rented in Las Vegas

I purchased FULL coverage for my rental… I purchased FULL coverage for my rental vehicle and was told at the pickup counter that I was not covered for liability insurance. Unable to provide proof thru my insurance at the time, I am forwarding the docs to you to in order to get a refund of the additional insurance that I didn’t need. I was covered thru my agent.

If I could give 10 stars I would Booked a car at Dublin airport. Service was exceptional, shuttle bus driver was very friendly, staff in the office were great, fast efficient service and to top it off a great car… will definitely be using easirent from now on. Very impressed… good job lads 😁 One happy customer

If I could I'd give negative 4! If I could I'd give negative 4! Wasted hours of my vacation and the car was dirty and stunk like perfume. Made my eyes water. Worst ever experience. They didn't even check me in! Gave me a car with zero gas and told me to fill it! Then lights on dash. Couldn't get hold of anyone for customer service. Do not use this company! Not worth the little you save. Go with mainstream company save your vacation!
