Filthy car with unexpected charges Car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Agent was rude. After purchasing insurance through Expedia, having additional coverage from my credit card company and my own auto insurance policy that covers rentals, I was forced to buy additional insurance from them. I was also charged for a deposit on the car. Car rental center was not on site at the airport and required waiting for a shuttle to take you there. You do not get as good a price as you thought when you book! I rented in Las Vegas

I cancelled the additional driver I cancelled the additional driver , several calls until someone answered. I was not informed we would be charged for the additional driver. The person I spoke with said, we will eliminate the charge. I get my visa statement today, it was NOT eliminated. I called and spoke with. Woman who hung up on me. I called back, it was immediately hung up. Then tried another #, recording said they are not taking calls at this time. Not happy, cannot recommend this company, plus they are not at the airport, making it difficult to get there.

Good car…HORRIBLE customer service!!!! The car was great, new and well maintained and the price was great for the few days I needed it. It was when I needed to extend my rental and could not get a receipt for the extension that I began to have problems. The front desk on site couldn’t give me a receipt, I never received and online receipt, and have MULTIPLE times tried emailing and calling the customer service line only to be hung up on EVERY single time. If you need a receipt for reimbursement of any kind, don’t use this company…no one will ever respond!
