Save yourself the headache and the time and go to a legit company. Worst thing is that they kept my ID and would not pick up the phone no matter how many times I called them - almost missed my flight. Super pushy and straight up lied about almost everything. One example, about required purchase of their insurance - since I rented before I knew that's a lie but other's did not. Car was dirty and had change oil and windshield fluid light on.

I am being pursued for £30 which I have been told is because I went over the border in N Ireland. I was not formally asked what my travel plans were however I did chat with the representative at pickup to outline my trip. Upon return of the vehicle I was told that because the desk staff did not record my plans that I would have to pay a penalty. UNBELIEVABLE !!!! I was also forced into taking unnecessary insurance and the car was a death trap - insufficient pressure in both front tyres and lots of mechanical alerts on the information display.

To be avoided! This rent a car company is a scam. Having reserved a car for 2 days at a final cost of $79 and paying additional $26 for insurance. When I came to pick up the car at PBI International Airport, I was asked for additional $39 for extra insurance plus I was told that I'll have a limit of 150 miles per day. All this is contrary to the rent agreement I had already signed online with Easirent. All of this was accompanied by dismissive attitude of the office staff that consist of one man who apparently was doing everything via a vis the clients, from drawing the rent contract, handing and receiving the cars from customers. In short a very chaotic, unprofessional and rude service. Be advised!

I cancelled the additional driver I cancelled the additional driver , several calls until someone answered. I was not informed we would be charged for the additional driver. The person I spoke with said, we will eliminate the charge. I get my visa statement today, it was NOT eliminated. I called and spoke with. Woman who hung up on me. I called back, it was immediately hung up. Then tried another #, recording said they are not taking calls at this time. Not happy, cannot recommend this company, plus they are not at the airport, making it difficult to get there.

Filthy car with unexpected charges Car was filthy and had less than a quarter tank of gas. Agent was rude. After purchasing insurance through Expedia, having additional coverage from my credit card company and my own auto insurance policy that covers rentals, I was forced to buy additional insurance from them. I was also charged for a deposit on the car. Car rental center was not on site at the airport and required waiting for a shuttle to take you there.
