Helpful beyond words….. I had the most helpful experience I could ever have renting a car! Richard and his crew were beyond supportive when returning my car. I was late due to traffic and my flight was boarding in 30 minutes. He helped expedite my return and the shuttle waited to get me to the airport on time just as boarding started. Thanks again!!!! You guys were great.

Avoid absolutely Avoid absolutely! We should have read the reviews. It is a dodgy deal. A scam in actual fact. They have you wait for a shuttle for a while and bring you away on the grounds of a petrol station. You booked a car for very cheap. But once you get to the counter ( no way of getting back to the airport). They charge you extra. They wanted to charge us almost 200 euro on top of what we already paid, pretending they couldn't accept our credit card. Read the reviews, don't get caught like we did. We had to get back to the airport, rent of a legitimate company. We couldn't trust these guys. We rent cars all the time abroad. It's not a legitimate offer. Beware.

I rented a car at the Tampa location… I rented a car at the Tampa location and I was treated with respect and what I reserved was what I got no hidden fees. So, my experience was great and for that reason I will definitely rent from them again. Lisa

I cancelled the additional driver I cancelled the additional driver , several calls until someone answered. I was not informed we would be charged for the additional driver. The person I spoke with said, we will eliminate the charge. I get my visa statement today, it was NOT eliminated. I called and spoke with. Woman who hung up on me. I called back, it was immediately hung up. Then tried another #, recording said they are not taking calls at this time. Not happy, cannot recommend this company, plus they are not at the airport, making it difficult to get there.

They have horrible customer services They have horrible customer services. They charged me for things we didn't agree to. They added things to our bill. They have dirty vehicles. They don't answer the phone. Never use them. They are shaddy! They are trying to charge for the tolls when we paid for a toll pass. Horrible horrible horrible!
