The worst car rental place I’ve ever… The worst car rental place I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude. The cars were disgusting. The first car they gave us smelled like urine. We were literally gagging. The 2nd car was scratched, dirty and smelled. The inside wasn’t clean either. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!

Avoid absolutely Avoid absolutely! We should have read the reviews. It is a dodgy deal. A scam in actual fact. They have you wait for a shuttle for a while and bring you away on the grounds of a petrol station. You booked a car for very cheap. But once you get to the counter ( no way of getting back to the airport). They charge you extra. They wanted to charge us almost 200 euro on top of what we already paid, pretending they couldn't accept our credit card. Read the reviews, don't get caught like we did. We had to get back to the airport, rent of a legitimate company. We couldn't trust these guys. We rent cars all the time abroad. It's not a legitimate offer. Beware.

Renters Beware! Renters Beware!! This company will get you in the door with advertised low prices and then hit you with hidden fees! Read the fine print, they advertise unlimited miles but charge you a daily fee if you drive out of state, even its for an hour. They charge you $25 per day times the amount of days you rented the car, for me it was $125 dollar charge for driving to Flagstaff the Grand Canyon and back from Las Vegas. Many other complaints including offsite location, waiting over an hour in line to get a car, unprofessional, $500 deposit unless you can show a return flight ticket, insurance charge and ETC.... In the end it would have been much cheaper for me to rent from any other place, a $146 dollar rental turned into $300 nightmare! BTW im still waiting to receive my deposit back.

I cancelled the additional driver I cancelled the additional driver , several calls until someone answered. I was not informed we would be charged for the additional driver. The person I spoke with said, we will eliminate the charge. I get my visa statement today, it was NOT eliminated. I called and spoke with. Woman who hung up on me. I called back, it was immediately hung up. Then tried another #, recording said they are not taking calls at this time. Not happy, cannot recommend this company, plus they are not at the airport, making it difficult to get there.
