Never again Never again. Many hidden fees. First, they charge you for every EZ toll (regular toll + additional fees for each and every toll, even if the toll price is $0.50!!). Then, they are not transparent at all regarding car charging fees. They're supposed to have you pay what they pay to Tesla, but they charged me suspiciously high car charging stations fees, and when I asked for the details, they stopped answering me! Same for the mileage; they advertise 300 miles per day, but they calculated it as 600 for 3 days instead and charged for additional undue mileage. Scam company!! From start to finish, renting from TeslaRents was a complete disaster.

truly a delight Renting a car is usually neutral to headache inducing. Renting through Teslarents - especially if using the option to deliver the car to where I need it rather than having to take an airport shuttle - makes it a delight. In addition the team is very responsive and responsible. When I had questions/concerns, they immediately addressed them. I only wish they were in all the cities where I travel. And, of course, it’s amazing to be able to rent a Tesla and know exactly what I’m getting - and not have a carbon footprint when I’m driving.

Great experience renting from TeslaRents I rented a Model S P100D from TeslaRents for a long autonomous trip down the eastern seaboard and back. The car itself, which I had chosen for its quiet ride, longer range, and higher autonomy, was great; you can read more about it elsewhere. The level of service I received was excellent to the point of reframing my view of what service can be: I got quick and helpful responses to all of my pre-, mid-, and post-rental questions, concerns, and requests. I would definitely rent from them again.

P100D rental was well worth it We had a wonderful time renting the P100D for a few days on the Cape. The car is remarkably quick but easy to drive at a relaxing pace. The tech is intuitive and very convenient. Pick up was easy and having a space to park your personal car was a huge Bonus in the city. Rei was extremely pleasant to work with and communication was excellent. The car was in great condition especially considering it is rented frequently. What a great way to try out the lifestyle before buying. The supercharging network on the cape made for a worry free trip.

TeslaRents has turned into a perennial… TeslaRents has turned into a perennial favorite for renting cars! The hosts and the company have always been quick to answer my (many!) questions and the process to reserve a car is simple and efficient. About the only bad thing I can say is that they've ruined conventional cars and car rentals for me at this point.
