GBAmazing service Amazing service. Cheaper than a non electric traditional car from one of the traditional big rental companies. Their prices surge and increase in park periods like the Fourth of July wkend. Plus teslarents were able to deliver the car to my door for a small price. Insignificant compared to the cost of traveling to a place re time and inconvenience it would of been.

GBP100D rental was well worth it We had a wonderful time renting the P100D for a few days on the Cape. The car is remarkably quick but easy to drive at a relaxing pace. The tech is intuitive and very convenient. Pick up was easy and having a space to park your personal car was a huge Bonus in the city. Rei was extremely pleasant to work with and communication was excellent. The car was in great condition especially considering it is rented frequently. What a great way to try out the lifestyle before buying. The supercharging network on the cape made for a worry free trip.

GBRepeat customer… look no further than TeslaRents! Consistently the best customer service and cars. I've used TeslaRents a few times now and there's simply no turning back – as long as I'm in a city where TeslaRents is in, I'm renting a Model 3 from the fine folks at TeslaRents. I've used their service for a few trips to upstate NY from their New Jersey pickup spot and once in Chicago. Every time, their customer service has been top-notch; they're always looking to make my life easier, not more difficult (which it seems like all the other car rentals try really hard to do) and their cars are great.

CHWorst rental experience ever. Worst rental experience ever. The car you rent is someone's personal car. It is not checked it is fit to drive by anyone. Mine didn't have a charging cable, no winter tires (illegal to drive in Canada) and no heating or cooling working system. And then, you have no infrastructure or people to help you with, there is no replacement, no agency, just a phone number with an answering machine: welcome to hell.

GBMixed feelings The Bad: 1) Pickup location was changed an hour prior. 2) Annoying, worrysome squeak from left front suspension that never went away. 3) Snow tires, still on the car, were noisy 4) 80 miles of usable range when picked up 5) Exterior was dirty The good: 1) easy to schedule 2) Drove well 3) Bryan was super nice and helpful
