Repeat customer… look no further than TeslaRents! Consistently the best customer service and cars. I've used TeslaRents a few times now and there's simply no turning back – as long as I'm in a city where TeslaRents is in, I'm renting a Model 3 from the fine folks at TeslaRents. I've used their service for a few trips to upstate NY from their New Jersey pickup spot and once in Chicago. Every time, their customer service has been top-notch; they're always looking to make my life easier, not more difficult (which it seems like all the other car rentals try really hard to do) and their cars are great.

Again giving a another review because I… Again giving a mother review because I paid this company Tesla Rent $213 for a rental. Never received any type of confirmation. When I went to go pick up the Tesla after I “reserved” there was no one there. I tried calling the place but like I said they had to have blocked my number. It doesn’t even ring anymore. This place definitely took money and is not even making themselves available to help in regards to giving a refund.

Great experience renting from TeslaRents I rented a Model S P100D from TeslaRents for a long autonomous trip down the eastern seaboard and back. The car itself, which I had chosen for its quiet ride, longer range, and higher autonomy, was great; you can read more about it elsewhere. The level of service I received was excellent to the point of reframing my view of what service can be: I got quick and helpful responses to all of my pre-, mid-, and post-rental questions, concerns, and requests. I would definitely rent from them again.

Super happy with the rental!! Briefly, this rental went perfectly. The car was spotless and performed perfectly. Pick up and drop off was all very easy. One minor note for this particular pick up location at 1200 Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo CA: I would suggest making sure to specify to the renter to use the entrance on Pacific Coast Highway only. I ended up using the parking entrance on the side street which later was closed after hours and closed on Sunday, so it made it a little bit more difficult to find my original car location. But again, this is a minor point and overall the rental was a perfect, frictionless experience! Thank you!

An excellent experience with a bad aftertaste An excellent experience. Easy pickup and return, very clean low mileage cars, and very reasonable. I will definitely be renting with them again. Update: Please note that there is a charge for "excess mileage" which is quite expensive. Although noted in the agreement, it was not obvious.
