TeslaRents has turned into a perennial… TeslaRents has turned into a perennial favorite for renting cars! The hosts and the company have always been quick to answer my (many!) questions and the process to reserve a car is simple and efficient. About the only bad thing I can say is that they've ruined conventional cars and car rentals for me at this point.

THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. I don’t know where all these glowing reviews come from, highly likely a scam. They confirmed my booking, made me pay for it, and then also charged me for a $500 deposit, only for them to tell me AT THE DAY OF picking up the car (and literally just 1 minute of the start of my reservation) that apparently the car is unavailable and was assigned to someone else all this time. Not to mention, their “verification process” involves sending a selfie with your credit card. Very sketchy. I will report them to Amex, and I will for sure sue.

Repeat customer… look no further than TeslaRents! Consistently the best customer service and cars. I've used TeslaRents a few times now and there's simply no turning back – as long as I'm in a city where TeslaRents is in, I'm renting a Model 3 from the fine folks at TeslaRents. I've used their service for a few trips to upstate NY from their New Jersey pickup spot and once in Chicago. Every time, their customer service has been top-notch; they're always looking to make my life easier, not more difficult (which it seems like all the other car rentals try really hard to do) and their cars are great.

truly a delight Renting a car is usually neutral to headache inducing. Renting through Teslarents - especially if using the option to deliver the car to where I need it rather than having to take an airport shuttle - makes it a delight. In addition the team is very responsive and responsible. When I had questions/concerns, they immediately addressed them. I only wish they were in all the cities where I travel. And, of course, it’s amazing to be able to rent a Tesla and know exactly what I’m getting - and not have a carbon footprint when I’m driving.

P100D rental was well worth it We had a wonderful time renting the P100D for a few days on the Cape. The car is remarkably quick but easy to drive at a relaxing pace. The tech is intuitive and very convenient. Pick up was easy and having a space to park your personal car was a huge Bonus in the city. Rei was extremely pleasant to work with and communication was excellent. The car was in great condition especially considering it is rented frequently. What a great way to try out the lifestyle before buying. The supercharging network on the cape made for a worry free trip.
