GBAmazing experience! Had an amazing experience with Tesla rents! Got a Tesla X for my fiancé for his birthday and loved driving it upstate for some hiking and general scenery exploration. Tesla rents is an A++++++ company! The support staff I worked with was super responsive, the car was easy to pick up and return, and the quality of everything was top notch. So excited to recommend them to everyone who is a Tesla lover and would be thrilled to rent from them again!

GBI was a first time Tesla driver and… I was a first time Tesla driver and called TR from my ride to see if someone could walk me through the basics. The gentleman at the lot (I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name) said he was just about to leave but would stay and help me out. Outstanding customer service, fantastic car - I rented a Model 3 Performance, all in all a terrific experience.

GBtruly a delight Renting a car is usually neutral to headache inducing. Renting through Teslarents - especially if using the option to deliver the car to where I need it rather than having to take an airport shuttle - makes it a delight. In addition the team is very responsive and responsible. When I had questions/concerns, they immediately addressed them. I only wish they were in all the cities where I travel. And, of course, it’s amazing to be able to rent a Tesla and know exactly what I’m getting - and not have a carbon footprint when I’m driving.

GBAmazing service Amazing service. Cheaper than a non electric traditional car from one of the traditional big rental companies. Their prices surge and increase in park periods like the Fourth of July wkend. Plus teslarents were able to deliver the car to my door for a small price. Insignificant compared to the cost of traveling to a place re time and inconvenience it would of been.

GBTHIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. I don’t know where all these glowing reviews come from, highly likely a scam. They confirmed my booking, made me pay for it, and then also charged me for a $500 deposit, only for them to tell me AT THE DAY OF picking up the car (and literally just 1 minute of the start of my reservation) that apparently the car is unavailable and was assigned to someone else all this time. Not to mention, their “verification process” involves sending a selfie with your credit card. Very sketchy. I will report them to Amex, and I will for sure sue.
