Update: Please note that there is a charge for "excess mileage" which is quite expensive. Although noted in the agreement, it was not obvious.

Excellent rental Had a great first experience with TeslaRents, with a two-week rental of a Model Y for our vacation. The specialist was easily accessible via text when needed, and the whole process was smooth (though a Manhattan pickup location would be great). Would definitely rent here again.

The gentleman at the lot (I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name) said he was just about to leave but would stay and help me out. Outstanding customer service, fantastic car - I rented a Model 3 Performance, all in all a terrific experience.

Super smooth experience Super smooth experience. I rented a Model Y for about a week that was in great shape. Check-in + drop-off process was simple. I even asked to move up the start time very last minute and they accommodated me with no issues. I'll definitely be using them for any rentals in the future

Amazing experience! Had an amazing experience with Tesla rents! Got a Tesla X for my fiancé for his birthday and loved driving it upstate for some hiking and general scenery exploration. Tesla rents is an A++++++ company! The support staff I worked with was super responsive, the car was easy to pick up and return, and the quality of everything was top notch. So excited to recommend them to everyone who is a Tesla lover and would be thrilled to rent from them again!
