The gentleman at the lot (I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name) said he was just about to leave but would stay and help me out. Outstanding customer service, fantastic car - I rented a Model 3 Performance, all in all a terrific experience.

truly a delight Renting a car is usually neutral to headache inducing. Renting through Teslarents - especially if using the option to deliver the car to where I need it rather than having to take an airport shuttle - makes it a delight. In addition the team is very responsive and responsible. When I had questions/concerns, they immediately addressed them. I only wish they were in all the cities where I travel. And, of course, it’s amazing to be able to rent a Tesla and know exactly what I’m getting - and not have a carbon footprint when I’m driving.

Amazing experience! Had an amazing experience with Tesla rents! Got a Tesla X for my fiancé for his birthday and loved driving it upstate for some hiking and general scenery exploration. Tesla rents is an A++++++ company! The support staff I worked with was super responsive, the car was easy to pick up and return, and the quality of everything was top notch. So excited to recommend them to everyone who is a Tesla lover and would be thrilled to rent from them again!

Excellent rental Had a great first experience with TeslaRents, with a two-week rental of a Model Y for our vacation. The specialist was easily accessible via text when needed, and the whole process was smooth (though a Manhattan pickup location would be great). Would definitely rent here again.

Mixed feelings The Bad: 1) Pickup location was changed an hour prior. 2) Annoying, worrysome squeak from left front suspension that never went away. 3) Snow tires, still on the car, were noisy 4) 80 miles of usable range when picked up 5) Exterior was dirty The good: 1) easy to schedule 2) Drove well 3) Bryan was super nice and helpful
