Great experience renting from TeslaRents I rented a Model S P100D from TeslaRents for a long autonomous trip down the eastern seaboard and back. The car itself, which I had chosen for its quiet ride, longer range, and higher autonomy, was great; you can read more about it elsewhere. The level of service I received was excellent to the point of reframing my view of what service can be: I got quick and helpful responses to all of my pre-, mid-, and post-rental questions, concerns, and requests. I would definitely rent from them again.

Super smooth experience Super smooth experience. I rented a Model Y for about a week that was in great shape. Check-in + drop-off process was simple. I even asked to move up the start time very last minute and they accommodated me with no issues. I'll definitely be using them for any rentals in the future

Amazing service Amazing service. Cheaper than a non electric traditional car from one of the traditional big rental companies. Their prices surge and increase in park periods like the Fourth of July wkend. Plus teslarents were able to deliver the car to my door for a small price. Insignificant compared to the cost of traveling to a place re time and inconvenience it would of been.

The gentleman at the lot (I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name) said he was just about to leave but would stay and help me out. Outstanding customer service, fantastic car - I rented a Model 3 Performance, all in all a terrific experience.

Excellent rental Had a great first experience with TeslaRents, with a two-week rental of a Model Y for our vacation. The specialist was easily accessible via text when needed, and the whole process was smooth (though a Manhattan pickup location would be great). Would definitely rent here again.
