Just tried Teslarents for the first… Just tried Teslarents for the first time and it was fantastic! Rented a red Model 3 for a 2 day trip, super easy and simple. Definitely coming back.

Never again Never again. Many hidden fees. First, they charge you for every EZ toll (regular toll + additional fees for each and every toll, even if the toll price is $0.50!!). Then, they are not transparent at all regarding car charging fees. They're supposed to have you pay what they pay to Tesla, but they charged me suspiciously high car charging stations fees, and when I asked for the details, they stopped answering me! Same for the mileage; they advertise 300 miles per day, but they calculated it as 600 for 3 days instead and charged for additional undue mileage. Scam company!! From start to finish, renting from TeslaRents was a complete disaster.

Super smooth experience Super smooth experience. I rented a Model Y for about a week that was in great shape. Check-in + drop-off process was simple. I even asked to move up the start time very last minute and they accommodated me with no issues. I'll definitely be using them for any rentals in the future

Excellent rental Had a great first experience with TeslaRents, with a two-week rental of a Model Y for our vacation. The specialist was easily accessible via text when needed, and the whole process was smooth (though a Manhattan pickup location would be great). Would definitely rent here again.

I was a first time Tesla driver and… I was a first time Tesla driver and called TR from my ride to see if someone could walk me through the basics. The gentleman at the lot (I’m embarrassed I can’t remember his name) said he was just about to leave but would stay and help me out. Outstanding customer service, fantastic car - I rented a Model 3 Performance, all in all a terrific experience.
