I would like to bring to the attention of the users of this platform the company's total lack of ethics towards both customers & employees. Rentalcars.com in particular is a platform that, believe me, you would never ever use, had you worked for them. You as a customer may find apparent good deals but you'll pay them dearly in case of any trivial detail goes wrong just because you missed to read that small clause in that almost hidden paragraph on the online platform.
