Horrible Respect your time don’t waste your time and money even pay more stick with airport rentals. Horrible no shuttle to pick you up, no phone number someone answers and you go front desk feel like people all came from jungle and talk to you like you owe them. Very disrespectful people in front desk ended up not even picking up cars

Compulsory Insurance scam. You will not pay what advertised. * they scammed me out of 25$ a day extra without this being notified to me in any way prior to the arrival in Mexico * the car was in bad conditions, one windshield wiper was broken so when it rained the passenger did not see anything. Also the car had 0 liquid for the wipers, so I had to make multiple stops to clean the windshield * the operator that I interacted with when I picked the car up was very rude. * they were late to pick us up at the airport

TREATED US WELL 4X4 car was just what we wanted and it served us well on the atrocious roads of CR ;)

Run run run!! Run run run!!! Biggest scam Carly rental ever. Forced to buy their insurance and pay $27 a day for Easy pass. We used 2.75 worth in tolls. Pretended they didn’t speak English when we called for pickup from airport. Total disgrace of a rental company. Additional $283 charged!!!!

I always have a positive experience… I always have a positive experience with Flexways. I have a chaotic government job, so the last thing I need is to get bogged down when it comes to rental vehicles. I usually need something with a large cargo capacity when moving our product up through Colombia into Miami, and my guys never have an issue. Flexways gets us into the vehicles we need.
