TREATED US WELL 4X4 car was just what we wanted and it served us well on the atrocious roads of CR ;)

--------------SCAM ALERT------------ --------------SCAM ALERT------------ --------DO NOT USE FLEXWAYS----- Made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing FlexWays trough the Kayak App and Priceline. (Both of the companies won't help you at all) The company address doesn't exist, I had to wait the whole day before having the car. Plus the car is the own personal car of the owner. A lot of problems with the car plus an insurance that doesn't worth the price. For the amount paid for this car, I could have a rental of the year. _________________ -Overcharges. -Fake security deposit. -No insurance on the car, we have been pulled over by the police and they searched the whole car cause the insurance was invalid. -Bad communication with the owner. -They'll make you call a lot of numbers for no reason cause nobody seems to know what they are doing. ___________________ I do not recommend it at all. I can personally give you a good contact in Dominican Republic for the best car prices. They'll come pick you up at the airport and brought you back to you rental location.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I rented the car to be picked up in Santo Domingo through Discover Cars, and the contract was serviced by Flexways, who then sent us to a shoddy, back alley garage several miles from the airport which provided an old, beat-up car. The contract stated we would pay by American Express, but the garage insisted on cash, or that we must pay an extra $169. We went ahead and paid, then requested a refund from Flexways because this was a blatant overcharge. Worst customer service ever! It is now 7 months and about 20 emails later and I just received a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I have a rental for when I landed on…April 21st I have a rental for when I landed on Sunday and Flexway was already closed ! I was forced to get another rental for the one night and then had to return that rental to try to get my rental through Flexway the next day . I asked them to refund me the partial amount for the night they were closed and refused . They also wanted to charge me an extra 189 for unnecessary charges . They said I couldn’t use my insurance if were to pay with my bank card . So they then decided to cancel my reservation on me and left me and my daughter stranded without a car because I called them out for being sketchy . SO PLEASE DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS . So unprofessional and rude ! The manager told me to go F myself right in front of my 7 year old daughter .

Quick & easy Everything went smooth, the driver wait outside Punta Cana airport, so we did all the paperwork on parking lot :-) The car was brand new as I expected. No problem with deposit return, except currency change rate from USD to DOP.
