SEQuick & easy Everything went smooth, the driver wait outside Punta Cana airport, so we did all the paperwork on parking lot :-) The car was brand new as I expected. No problem with deposit return, except currency change rate from USD to DOP.

GBSTAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I rented the car to be picked up in Santo Domingo through Discover Cars, and the contract was serviced by Flexways, who then sent us to a shoddy, back alley garage several miles from the airport which provided an old, beat-up car. The contract stated we would pay by American Express, but the garage insisted on cash, or that we must pay an extra $169. We went ahead and paid, then requested a refund from Flexways because this was a blatant overcharge. Worst customer service ever! It is now 7 months and about 20 emails later and I just received a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

GBAwful experience with Flexways Awful experience with Flexways in Cancun. We had a rental car reserved and they never showed up at the airport as promised. No car. No working phone numbers to call. And no real business as we drove to the address listed and there was nothing there!!! Total crooks who took $400+ dollars. Don’t rent from Flexways!!!

CAi would give a NEGATIVE 5 star review… i would give a NEGATIVE 5 star review if i could. On Dec 19th, I rented a car for 2 weeks starting Dec 25 ending Jan 8 for $819CAD. When I picked up the car on the 25th, i was forced to purchase additional insurance although I have full coverage with my visa Infinite Privilege card already. I declined the additional insurance but was told that I won't be able to pick up the car without it. So i was forced to pay an additional $350 USD (or $477.12 CAD as show on my CAD visa) On Jan 1 (NEW YEAR'S DAY), the rental car broke down on the highway. Even though I purchased the above additional insurance, I was never given paperwork for this insurance I bought, so I couldn't get help from this 'so called additional coverage'. we had to slowly drive the car off the highway to the nearest body shop and after examine, the technicians said that the tires were COMPLETELY GONE, AND IT IS DANGEROUS to drive the vehicle in the state it is, that this car should not have been rented in the first place due to its unsafe condition. So i called Zezgo and the gentleman who assisted me (i recognized his voice as the same man who processed our pickup) promised that they will reimburse the cost of the new tires back to me when we bring back the vehicle. so i went ahead and purchased new tires with Firestone for the cost of $341.32 USD. While i was on the phone, I also requested to exchange our rental because i felt unsafe to continue driving the car going forward, but was advised in order to exchange the car, we would have to bring the vehicle back to Orlando (which is like 5-6 hours away from where we were) not to mention that we have our holiday itinerary planned out. I asked if they could bring us a vehicle to exchange at our next hotel stop and was refused this service (which I think should be done under our insurance coverage). For the remainder of the trip, we mostly left the car at our vacation home and shared my parent's rental, which caused inconvenience to all of us. Upon the return of the vehicle on the 8th, I was reassured by the same gentlemen that I will see the reimbursement of the cost of the tires reverted back to our card. I asked him for paperwork for my records, but he said 'you will see it in your mail in 2-3 day', it has been 4 months and i still didn't get my refund and i don't it will come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD

GBRip off toll charges, poor admin The only reason they get one star is that the car was fairly new. On arrival at Miami airport no one at the shuttlebus to take us to the car collection centre. I had to call an international number which Incurred additional cost to my mobile contract. They said they had no record of my booking. 3 phone calls later they found it. The toll policy is scandalous and completely out of proportion to the toll costs and their probable admin fees. I feel like they are taking advantage… $20 bucks a day for 10 days (or $25 per toll admin fee) - we only went through tolls on 2 of the days we had the car. Total toll cost was probably $15-20 and we had to pay $200 in admin fees 3 days after arrival I started receiving messages saying they were expecting me to collect my car despite me already having it. At the end of the trip their customer services told me to email them to resolve the high toll charges. I was then ignored despite emailing them a couple of times Won’t be using again
