I have a rental for when I landed on…April 21st I have a rental for when I landed on Sunday and Flexway was already closed ! I was forced to get another rental for the one night and then had to return that rental to try to get my rental through Flexway the next day . I asked them to refund me the partial amount for the night they were closed and refused . They also wanted to charge me an extra 189 for unnecessary charges . They said I couldn’t use my insurance if were to pay with my bank card . So they then decided to cancel my reservation on me and left me and my daughter stranded without a car because I called them out for being sketchy . SO PLEASE DONT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS . So unprofessional and rude ! The manager told me to go F myself right in front of my 7 year old daughter .

Compulsory Insurance scam. You will not pay what advertised. * they scammed me out of 25$ a day extra without this being notified to me in any way prior to the arrival in Mexico * the car was in bad conditions, one windshield wiper was broken so when it rained the passenger did not see anything. Also the car had 0 liquid for the wipers, so I had to make multiple stops to clean the windshield * the operator that I interacted with when I picked the car up was very rude. * they were late to pick us up at the airport

TREATED US WELL 4X4 car was just what we wanted and it served us well on the atrocious roads of CR ;)

Horrible Respect your time don’t waste your time and money even pay more stick with airport rentals. Horrible no shuttle to pick you up, no phone number someone answers and you go front desk feel like people all came from jungle and talk to you like you owe them. Very disrespectful people in front desk ended up not even picking up cars

Run run run!! Run run run!!! Biggest scam Carly rental ever. Forced to buy their insurance and pay $27 a day for Easy pass. We used 2.75 worth in tolls. Pretended they didn’t speak English when we called for pickup from airport. Total disgrace of a rental company. Additional $283 charged!!!!
