GBNOPE. Don't rent with these folk. Horribly rude female at the counter to check us in. She took forever, longer than renting a car I've ever experienced. Reservation was in my name with my husband listed as the only driver. She insisted on charging for me as well since the reservation was in my name. Coincidentally, she never got my license or information. Then... after being told 2 months prior to trip that we could use our own Sunpass for tolls, she was going to fine us $250 to do so. Obviously, we didn't use ours and we told her we didn't want theirs either. We would drive to avoid tolls (Thanks Google Maps!) She wouldn't print us a receipt so we had no contract and she wouldn't even email it to us. We only got a copy upon returning the car, which, by the way, she was trying to downsize initially. Guess what? Yep, she charged us for the Sunpass usage after being told multiple times that we didn't want. We had purchased a package deal. We would not ever, ever, recommend using this lot for a car rental. I'm still waiting to get a response about complaining and to get a refund for charges that we should not have had to begin with. When you have a reservation, you should be able to go in and be on the road in minutes. It took us about 30 to the tune of additionally being charged nearly $150. Nope. Don't do it.

DO--------------SCAM ALERT------------ --------------SCAM ALERT------------ --------DO NOT USE FLEXWAYS----- Made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing FlexWays trough the Kayak App and Priceline. (Both of the companies won't help you at all) The company address doesn't exist, I had to wait the whole day before having the car. Plus the car is the own personal car of the owner. A lot of problems with the car plus an insurance that doesn't worth the price. For the amount paid for this car, I could have a rental of the year. _________________ -Overcharges. -Fake security deposit. -No insurance on the car, we have been pulled over by the police and they searched the whole car cause the insurance was invalid. -Bad communication with the owner. -They'll make you call a lot of numbers for no reason cause nobody seems to know what they are doing. ___________________ I do not recommend it at all. I can personally give you a good contact in Dominican Republic for the best car prices. They'll come pick you up at the airport and brought you back to you rental location.

CAi would give a NEGATIVE 5 star review… i would give a NEGATIVE 5 star review if i could. On Dec 19th, I rented a car for 2 weeks starting Dec 25 ending Jan 8 for $819CAD. When I picked up the car on the 25th, i was forced to purchase additional insurance although I have full coverage with my visa Infinite Privilege card already. I declined the additional insurance but was told that I won't be able to pick up the car without it. So i was forced to pay an additional $350 USD (or $477.12 CAD as show on my CAD visa) On Jan 1 (NEW YEAR'S DAY), the rental car broke down on the highway. Even though I purchased the above additional insurance, I was never given paperwork for this insurance I bought, so I couldn't get help from this 'so called additional coverage'. we had to slowly drive the car off the highway to the nearest body shop and after examine, the technicians said that the tires were COMPLETELY GONE, AND IT IS DANGEROUS to drive the vehicle in the state it is, that this car should not have been rented in the first place due to its unsafe condition. So i called Zezgo and the gentleman who assisted me (i recognized his voice as the same man who processed our pickup) promised that they will reimburse the cost of the new tires back to me when we bring back the vehicle. so i went ahead and purchased new tires with Firestone for the cost of $341.32 USD. While i was on the phone, I also requested to exchange our rental because i felt unsafe to continue driving the car going forward, but was advised in order to exchange the car, we would have to bring the vehicle back to Orlando (which is like 5-6 hours away from where we were) not to mention that we have our holiday itinerary planned out. I asked if they could bring us a vehicle to exchange at our next hotel stop and was refused this service (which I think should be done under our insurance coverage). For the remainder of the trip, we mostly left the car at our vacation home and shared my parent's rental, which caused inconvenience to all of us. Upon the return of the vehicle on the 8th, I was reassured by the same gentlemen that I will see the reimbursement of the cost of the tires reverted back to our card. I asked him for paperwork for my records, but he said 'you will see it in your mail in 2-3 day', it has been 4 months and i still didn't get my refund and i don't it will come. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD

GBAwful experience with Flexways Awful experience with Flexways in Cancun. We had a rental car reserved and they never showed up at the airport as promised. No car. No working phone numbers to call. And no real business as we drove to the address listed and there was nothing there!!! Total crooks who took $400+ dollars. Don’t rent from Flexways!!!

GBForced to buy insurance Company states they provide full coverage insurance for the car rental. When I went to pick up car, the agent stated that the provided insurance was worthless and that I was required to purchase their insurance. This added over $200 to the rental. They stated that I was not allowed to take the car unless I purchased their insurance. Took someone 3 months to respond to my issue and then stated that the agency was correct. Why would anyone buy more insurance if full coverage was already provided???? No one can answer that question, avoid them at all cost.
