Compulsory Insurance scam. You will not pay what advertised. * they scammed me out of 25$ a day extra without this being notified to me in any way prior to the arrival in Mexico * the car was in bad conditions, one windshield wiper was broken so when it rained the passenger did not see anything. Also the car had 0 liquid for the wipers, so I had to make multiple stops to clean the windshield * the operator that I interacted with when I picked the car up was very rude. * they were late to pick us up at the airport

Run run run!! Run run run!!! Biggest scam Carly rental ever. Forced to buy their insurance and pay $27 a day for Easy pass. We used 2.75 worth in tolls. Pretended they didn’t speak English when we called for pickup from airport. Total disgrace of a rental company. Additional $283 charged!!!!

TREATED US WELL 4X4 car was just what we wanted and it served us well on the atrocious roads of CR ;)

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I rented the car to be picked up in Santo Domingo through Discover Cars, and the contract was serviced by Flexways, who then sent us to a shoddy, back alley garage several miles from the airport which provided an old, beat-up car. The contract stated we would pay by American Express, but the garage insisted on cash, or that we must pay an extra $169. We went ahead and paid, then requested a refund from Flexways because this was a blatant overcharge. Worst customer service ever! It is now 7 months and about 20 emails later and I just received a partial refund. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Flexways ... No Way! We went through Priceline to get my daughter and her new husband airline tickets and the car rental bundle, for their Honeymoon in Orlando. We were not informed of any deposit needed at check in but my daughter was not surprised when they needed one. This is not her first car rental. What was shocking was the amount they demanded. First they said $700, which quickly became $1000 for the incidental deposit. When they didn't have a credit card with $1000 on it, they wouldn't let them split it on two cards. They were very disrespectful and rude to my daughter and her husband. They are not kids, they are in their 30's, have full coverage on their own vehicles and have perfect driving records. She contacted me to cancel that car with Flexways because they were able to find the same type of car for less money at another rental car company. Beware, if booking through Priceline, check the name of the rental car company. Flexways is the worst I've seen in my 40+ years of driving and renting cars!
