GBForced to buy insurance Company states they provide full coverage insurance for the car rental. When I went to pick up car, the agent stated that the provided insurance was worthless and that I was required to purchase their insurance. This added over $200 to the rental. They stated that I was not allowed to take the car unless I purchased their insurance. Took someone 3 months to respond to my issue and then stated that the agency was correct. Why would anyone buy more insurance if full coverage was already provided???? No one can answer that question, avoid them at all cost.

ITCompulsory Insurance scam. You will not pay what advertised. * they scammed me out of 25$ a day extra without this being notified to me in any way prior to the arrival in Mexico * the car was in bad conditions, one windshield wiper was broken so when it rained the passenger did not see anything. Also the car had 0 liquid for the wipers, so I had to make multiple stops to clean the windshield * the operator that I interacted with when I picked the car up was very rude. * they were late to pick us up at the airport

GBRip off toll charges, poor admin The only reason they get one star is that the car was fairly new. On arrival at Miami airport no one at the shuttlebus to take us to the car collection centre. I had to call an international number which Incurred additional cost to my mobile contract. They said they had no record of my booking. 3 phone calls later they found it. The toll policy is scandalous and completely out of proportion to the toll costs and their probable admin fees. I feel like they are taking advantage… $20 bucks a day for 10 days (or $25 per toll admin fee) - we only went through tolls on 2 of the days we had the car. Total toll cost was probably $15-20 and we had to pay $200 in admin fees 3 days after arrival I started receiving messages saying they were expecting me to collect my car despite me already having it. At the end of the trip their customer services told me to email them to resolve the high toll charges. I was then ignored despite emailing them a couple of times Won’t be using again

GBAwful experience with Flexways Awful experience with Flexways in Cancun. We had a rental car reserved and they never showed up at the airport as promised. No car. No working phone numbers to call. And no real business as we drove to the address listed and there was nothing there!!! Total crooks who took $400+ dollars. Don’t rent from Flexways!!!

GBBest car rental in Miami! Go Flexways! I rented a car in Flexways Miami through discovercars.com, the best experience in car rental I've ever had! I travel to Miami once or twice a year since 2002, so I've rented with pretty much every single company. Mostly crappy experiences to be honest. Not with Flexways, they picked me up at the airport around 10 minutes after I reached the shuttle area, their office is quite close and I felt super comfortable with them. Also, great value for my money. The entire process at counter took around 15 minutes, I got exactly the car I rented without any complications. Trust me, rent with them.
