Their broker carjet are so appalling… I've changed my review about Ace cars as they explained about jetcars being a broker and really are not responsible for jetcars performance. They suggested and rightly so that I call Ace cars direct which I will. Thank you for your response I have nothing negative to say about Ace cars now

SCAMMERS, 🚫🚫🚫they will make sure to scam you either by making you pay for their ridiculously high insurance so that they can charge you way more than you can imagine OR if you don’t escape the insurance trap, they will come up with new surprises during returning the car. I was charged ridiculously high and it was a surprise. I saw a lady crying after returning her car since these guys where cheating her left and right and she was helpless. Disappointing A totally unpleasant experience. when you get there they ask you to pay with a credit card, which is not correct, the reservation can be made with a debit card. Payment by card is only possible if you pay a fee of €75. Disappointing, do not recommend.

Credit card hold My brother, Michael Knight, rented a car in Texas and returned it at the end of March. They placed a $300 hold on the card that as of today (4/19) that charge has not been removed. The credit card balance has been paid to avoid interest charges. ace Customer service is very poor and I highly suggest not using this agency.
