Totally bait and switch tactics to make… Totally bait and switch tactics to make you upgrade. I paid for a medium SUV then they showed me a hundai (mosquito size) vehicle which nobody would drive. I ended up paying $250 extra for 6 days then they still didn't give me an SUV they gave me a dirty dodge challenger. It was late at night near 10 pm.I couldn't argue with the man. I wont go into details about returning the vehicle. Ace car rental: you got me once but never again!

this is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.

Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! Their broker carjet are so appalling… I've changed my review about Ace cars as they explained about jetcars being a broker and really are not responsible for jetcars performance. They suggested and rightly so that I call Ace cars direct which I will. Thank you for your response I have nothing negative to say about Ace cars now
