The absolute worst I've ever experienced The absolute worst. They didn't have my reserved car, nor any replacement car, despite me confirming my reservation explicitly the day before. Asked what they'd do to fix this, they said "nothing, but you can walk to the other rental agencies". Asked why they didn't call me to tell me this before I spent TWO HOURS commuting here from the Bronx, the jackas$ behind the counter literally shrugged and said "I just work here". Worst service ever.

It has been a great experience renting… It has been a great experience renting with these guys, Akbar has been helping me with my rentals. He has made the experience a wonderful one everytime.

Disappointing A totally unpleasant experience. when you get there they ask you to pay with a credit card, which is not correct, the reservation can be made with a debit card. Payment by card is only possible if you pay a fee of €75. Disappointing, do not recommend.

You call this customer service? I called 7 hours prior to arrival at ramp to advise that my scheduled flight which was to arrive at 7 was pushed back to 10. The agent did not inform me that they close at 10. I showed at 11:15 and no was there. All other counters were open. Took an Uber to the hotel. Call the desk at 7 am and they say my reservation was cancelled and that I should have looked at the website for closing times?!?! I was then told my reservation was cancelled and I could only rebook through the web. I rebooked at an expense of over 2 times the original price with another carrier. also had to Uber back to the airport. I write an email explaining the situation and did NOT ask for any compensation. Their reply? You should have checked the website and reservations are cancelled when the office closes. Never again
