GBRented a car in Miami Rented a car in Miami. Had to pay $250 more than listed. Such a group of sharks. Charge extra for a meter to read the motorway tolls. Refused to accept my Worldwide car hire excess despite it explicitly saying it covered the U.S. System was too out of date to recognise my zip code in NY (1 year old building). Terrible service will try to screw you. Go for Sixt or Avis instead

GBSCAMMERS 🚫🚫🚫Run!!! Dangerous people!!! SCAMMERS, 🚫🚫🚫they will make sure to scam you either by making you pay for their ridiculously high insurance so that they can charge you way more than you can imagine OR if you don’t escape the insurance trap, they will come up with new surprises during returning the car. I was charged ridiculously high and it was a surprise. I saw a lady crying after returning her car since these guys where cheating her left and right and she was helpless. THEY WILL MAKE SURE THEY RIP YOU APART… GANGSTERS RUN FRANCHISE,FRAUDULENT PRACTICES and THREATENING. They will CHEAT you out like nobody does. BEWARE⛔️

GBPlease stay away ! Please stay away !! First they low-ball the price displayed on various websites, to trick you into booking. Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! GBCredit card hold My brother, Michael Knight, rented a car in Texas and returned it at the end of March. They placed a $300 hold on the card that as of today (4/19) that charge has not been removed. The credit card balance has been paid to avoid interest charges. ace Customer service is very poor and I highly suggest not using this agency.
