Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! GBYou call this customer service? I called 7 hours prior to arrival at ramp to advise that my scheduled flight which was to arrive at 7 was pushed back to 10. The agent did not inform me that they close at 10. I showed at 11:15 and no was there. All other counters were open. Took an Uber to the hotel. Call the desk at 7 am and they say my reservation was cancelled and that I should have looked at the website for closing times?!?! I was then told my reservation was cancelled and I could only rebook through the web. I rebooked at an expense of over 2 times the original price with another carrier. also had to Uber back to the airport. I write an email explaining the situation and did NOT ask for any compensation. Their reply? You should have checked the website and reservations are cancelled when the office closes. Never again

GBthis is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.
