Avoid this company at all costs Avoid this company at all costs. They have cancelled my booking without notice, with no refund. It seems like they have the right to cancel bookings if you are late for a pickup. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is pointless to use companies that have no offices and whose business is based on someone coming to the collection point and dropping them off. If your flight is delayed, they can cancel your booking, and you won't get your money back IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! Great Rental Service The entire experience was excellent. The staff was fantastic. Akhir took great care of us and explained the whole process and all the fees. We got an upgrade, which was a highlight of our trip. The car ran great, and it was clean. The rental process was simple and hassle-free. The drop-off was hassle-free as well. The shuttle service was convenient and picked us up from the airport and took us to the rental location. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful as well.

Disappointing A totally unpleasant experience. when you get there they ask you to pay with a credit card, which is not correct, the reservation can be made with a debit card. Payment by card is only possible if you pay a fee of €75. Disappointing, do not recommend.
