this is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.

Credit card hold My brother, Michael Knight, rented a car in Texas and returned it at the end of March. They placed a $300 hold on the card that as of today (4/19) that charge has not been removed. The credit card balance has been paid to avoid interest charges. ace Customer service is very poor and I highly suggest not using this agency.

SCAMMERS, 🚫🚫🚫they will make sure to scam you either by making you pay for their ridiculously high insurance so that they can charge you way more than you can imagine OR if you don’t escape the insurance trap, they will come up with new surprises during returning the car. I was charged ridiculously high and it was a surprise. I saw a lady crying after returning her car since these guys where cheating her left and right and she was helpless. This place deserves 0 stars This place deserves 0 stars! I reserved and paid with booking.com for $73.00, once at the location, they force you to pay for insurance which came out to $218.67! This place is a rip off, stay away!

I reserved and paid in full for a mid… I reserved and paid in full for a mid size suv for my arrival date of March 18th. My flight got in at about 7:30 pm. After waiting an hour, no ace shuttle. I called my daughter in Georgia to call them to find out what is going on. They told her I was waiting at the wrong place and directed me where I should go. When I got to the place I was told ACE doesn’t have any transportation coming and their office close at 9:30pm. It is now 10 minutes after 9. I manage to get a lift to their office at about 9:25 only to be told my reservation was cancelled at noon and they only have ONE vehicle left and it would cost me an extra $40 per day without insurance even though the original reservation included $13 per day for insurance I suppose you don’t have to have any conscience to stay in business as long as you make money.
