I reserved and paid in full for a mid… I reserved and paid in full for a mid size suv for my arrival date of March 18th. My flight got in at about 7:30 pm. After waiting an hour, no ace shuttle. I called my daughter in Georgia to call them to find out what is going on. They told her I was waiting at the wrong place and directed me where I should go. When I got to the place I was told ACE doesn’t have any transportation coming and their office close at 9:30pm. It is now 10 minutes after 9. I manage to get a lift to their office at about 9:25 only to be told my reservation was cancelled at noon and they only have ONE vehicle left and it would cost me an extra $40 per day without insurance even though the original reservation included $13 per day for insurance I suppose you don’t have to have any conscience to stay in business as long as you make money.

This place deserves 0 stars This place deserves 0 stars! I reserved and paid with booking.com for $73.00, once at the location, they force you to pay for insurance which came out to $218.67! This place is a rip off, stay away!

Disappointing A totally unpleasant experience. when you get there they ask you to pay with a credit card, which is not correct, the reservation can be made with a debit card. Payment by card is only possible if you pay a fee of €75. Disappointing, do not recommend.

It has been a great experience renting… It has been a great experience renting with these guys, Akbar has been helping me with my rentals. He has made the experience a wonderful one everytime.

Please stay away ! Please stay away !! First they low-ball the price displayed on various websites, to trick you into booking. Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! Read the fine print - here's the worst part, when the bill comes, be ready to pay the 'DOUBLE' of what you booked it for ! Very dishonest ! R U N..
