this is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.

Please stay away ! Please stay away !! First they low-ball the price displayed on various websites, to trick you into booking. Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined !
