It seems like they have the right to cancel bookings if you are late for a pickup. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is pointless to use companies that have no offices and whose business is based on someone coming to the collection point and dropping them off. If your flight is delayed, they can cancel your booking, and you won't get your money back IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

Credit card hold My brother, Michael Knight, rented a car in Texas and returned it at the end of March. They placed a $300 hold on the card that as of today (4/19) that charge has not been removed. The credit card balance has been paid to avoid interest charges. ace Customer service is very poor and I highly suggest not using this agency.

Their broker carjet are so appalling… I've changed my review about Ace cars as they explained about jetcars being a broker and really are not responsible for jetcars performance.
