I reserved and paid in full for a mid… I reserved and paid in full for a mid size suv for my arrival date of March 18th. My flight got in at about 7:30 pm. After waiting an hour, no ace shuttle. I called my daughter in Georgia to call them to find out what is going on. They told her I was waiting at the wrong place and directed me where I should go. When I got to the place I was told ACE doesn’t have any transportation coming and their office close at 9:30pm. It is now 10 minutes after 9. I manage to get a lift to their office at about 9:25 only to be told my reservation was cancelled at noon and they only have ONE vehicle left and it would cost me an extra $40 per day without insurance even though the original reservation included $13 per day for insurance I suppose you don’t have to have any conscience to stay in business as long as you make money.

This place deserves 0 stars This place deserves 0 stars! I reserved and paid with booking.com for $73.00, once at the location, they force you to pay for insurance which came out to $218.67! This place is a rip off, stay away!

Please stay away ! Please stay away !! First they low-ball the price displayed on various websites, to trick you into booking. Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! The Ace Rent a Car, 1241 Airline Drive, Kenner, LA The Ace Rent a Car location in Kenner LA conned me out of $250 because I returned my car after business hours. I returned it with a Full tank of gas and cleaner than when I picked it up, to the exact spot I got it from. But because I had to leave it when the office was closed they charged me a $250 "Abandonment fee" This fee was not mentioned in the copy of the rental agreement they gave me, but was stated in a secondary pieces paper they rushed past me for signature. Although, Technically, they had the legal right based on the wording concerning return of vehicle after hours, morally this was reprehensible. The vehicle was anything but abandoned. This is just an unscrupulous money grab from a very shady company.

Their broker carjet are so appalling… I've changed my review about Ace cars as they explained about jetcars being a broker and really are not responsible for jetcars performance. They suggested and rightly so that I call Ace cars direct which I will. Thank you for your response I have nothing negative to say about Ace cars now
