GBCredit card hold My brother, Michael Knight, rented a car in Texas and returned it at the end of March. They placed a $300 hold on the card that as of today (4/19) that charge has not been removed. The credit card balance has been paid to avoid interest charges. ace Customer service is very poor and I highly suggest not using this agency.

GBPlease stay away ! Please stay away !! First they low-ball the price displayed on various websites, to trick you into booking. Then hours long line outside with tons of little kids around - then they trick you into signing for things you don't need or have declined ! CYTheir broker carjet are so appalling… I've changed my review about Ace cars as they explained about jetcars being a broker and really are not responsible for jetcars performance. They suggested and rightly so that I call Ace cars direct which I will. Thank you for your response I have nothing negative to say about Ace cars now
