GBthis is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.

GBAvoid this company at all costs Avoid this company at all costs. They have cancelled my booking without notice, with no refund. It seems like they have the right to cancel bookings if you are late for a pickup. This is absolutely ridiculous. It is pointless to use companies that have no offices and whose business is based on someone coming to the collection point and dropping them off. If your flight is delayed, they can cancel your booking, and you won't get your money back IT'S A TOTAL SCAM!

GBI reserved and paid in full for a mid… I reserved and paid in full for a mid size suv for my arrival date of March 18th. My flight got in at about 7:30 pm. After waiting an hour, no ace shuttle. I called my daughter in Georgia to call them to find out what is going on. They told her I was waiting at the wrong place and directed me where I should go. When I got to the place I was told ACE doesn’t have any transportation coming and their office close at 9:30pm. It is now 10 minutes after 9. I manage to get a lift to their office at about 9:25 only to be told my reservation was cancelled at noon and they only have ONE vehicle left and it would cost me an extra $40 per day without insurance even though the original reservation included $13 per day for insurance I suppose you don’t have to have any conscience to stay in business as long as you make money.

GBRented a car in Miami Rented a car in Miami. Had to pay $250 more than listed. Such a group of sharks. Charge extra for a meter to read the motorway tolls. Refused to accept my Worldwide car hire excess despite it explicitly saying it covered the U.S. System was too out of date to recognise my zip code in NY (1 year old building). Terrible service will try to screw you. Go for Sixt or Avis instead
