GBthis is A SCAM SUCH A SCAM - PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! I booked a car for my family for 10 days and pre-paid half of the price of the rental + insurance online through Kayak. They first advertised it for $270 total. However, when my family was there to pick up the car, they charged us $700. They forced us to pay and did not even explain why the insurance costs $50/day. I tried calling them and they just hung up on me while I was talking. Really rude and worst experience ever. I am going to report this to the consumer protection office.

GBGreat Rental Service The entire experience was excellent. The staff was fantastic. Akhir took great care of us and explained the whole process and all the fees. We got an upgrade, which was a highlight of our trip. The car ran great, and it was clean. The rental process was simple and hassle-free. The drop-off was hassle-free as well. The shuttle service was convenient and picked us up from the airport and took us to the rental location. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful as well.

GBRented a car in Miami Rented a car in Miami. Had to pay $250 more than listed. Such a group of sharks. Charge extra for a meter to read the motorway tolls. Refused to accept my Worldwide car hire excess despite it explicitly saying it covered the U.S. System was too out of date to recognise my zip code in NY (1 year old building). Terrible service will try to screw you. Go for Sixt or Avis instead

GBThe Ace Rent a Car, 1241 Airline Drive, Kenner, LA The Ace Rent a Car location in Kenner LA conned me out of $250 because I returned my car after business hours. I returned it with a Full tank of gas and cleaner than when I picked it up, to the exact spot I got it from. But because I had to leave it when the office was closed they charged me a $250 "Abandonment fee" This fee was not mentioned in the copy of the rental agreement they gave me, but was stated in a secondary pieces paper they rushed past me for signature. Although, Technically, they had the legal right based on the wording concerning return of vehicle after hours, morally this was reprehensible. The vehicle was anything but abandoned. This is just an unscrupulous money grab from a very shady company.
