Not to mention patient-I had lots of questions! They even communicated with the manufacturer, had the parts sent directly to me. The entire process was painless, and much faster than I anticipated. Amazing processing times for orders Honestly they have pretty fast processing times for orders. I was expecting to wait 2-3 business days for them to process my orders like other companies but it only took a day and it was shipped out!

Old School customer service (a rarity!) This place has that old school dedication to customer service that you don’t find any longer. I worked with Craig (and I think one other person Bruce?) Both excellent. Craig went above and beyond for me, even unasked.

Knowledgeable people Knowledgeable people, helpful have excellent products. Have not installed the part as yet, winter or raining. Just installed the product. Fits perfect though two OEM of the VW upper strut mounting screws were very difficult to remove. Have to be very careful not to strip. Neuspeed stress bar fit perfect. There is a company that makes the same. Be wary of it. It’s a fake Neuspeed and requires cutting

Overall pretty good Quick shipping and one of the few good gauge solutions for the 8th gen civic. Fitment and finish could be a bit better but overall pretty solid. The gauge dial reflects off the windshield a little but it’s not a deal breaker for me.
