Reassured hiccup Shipping was fast. I was upset at first to find out only the gauges made it with no other tracking showing the pod had been shipped separately. After contacting customer service they informed me it was on the way. Got it the next day. Other than that hiccup everything went smooth and I would definitely order from them again.

E46 325 Scorpion cat back I ordered a fully cat back from scorpion. Packed came quick (3 days or so) but was damaged…dents all over the muffler and resonators. One pipe was completely smashed inwards. Very poor quality. Also, the exhaust flanges that meet up to the headers were 90° off and didn’t even line up correctly. The pipes were about 3 inches short from the header connection. So I am going to have to cut and weld on the correct way

Not to mention patient-I had lots of questions! They even communicated with the manufacturer, had the parts sent directly to me. The entire process was painless, and much faster than I anticipated. I would strongly recommend XLR8 Performance and I will use them again when the time comes to purchase my cold air intake parts.

Old School customer service (a rarity!) This place has that old school dedication to customer service that you don’t find any longer. I worked with Craig (and I think one other person Bruce?) Both excellent. Craig went above and beyond for me, even unasked.

Got a part and it still works like… Got a part and it still works like brand new. Pretty much all you can ask for when buying aftermarket parts for European Cars. Other than that, the service was reliable in responding promptly when calling by phone, and made it is easy to find and compare similar options to the genre of my auto enhancement. Did I just get lucky with this service? Maybe. I’ve had one purchase with this company, but that process went along just swell.
