Review updated Was sent a totally different manual than advertised. No response to emails and phone contact was for a foreign voicemail message that simply disconnects. Edit: was contacted by seller after leaving bad review. Was finally sent the manual. Adjusting review to reflect resolution, but still unhappy it took this much of a run around to get a reply.

I almost canceled payment though it was a scam you should state that electronic fulfillment might take several days. I was also disappointed that links in the text in the manual don’t work. It’s impossible to find the operation they are referring to using the index. It is the factory manual which is what I was looking for thanks for making it available

I ordered my manual 24 hours ago... I ordered my manual 24 hours ago. Instead of a file that contained my manual I was sent a file that upon opening just asked me to email them and ask for my manual. I have emailed them repeatedly and there has been no response. They sent me a recite for the money they took but no manual. Their customer service line is busy every time I attempt to call. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction and finding a new company.
