It took several days to provide the… It took several days to provide the download link. I almost canceled payment though it was a scam you should state that electronic fulfillment might take several days. I was also disappointed that links in the text in the manual don’t work. It’s impossible to find the operation they are referring to using the index. It is the factory manual which is what I was looking for thanks for making it available

Great customer service Great customer service. My computer crashed and I lost all my files including one of the manuals that I purchased in 2019. I wrote them an email around 12:12 PM and by 3:pm same day I had a replacement copy, so, definitely pretty incredible customer service almost three years later after my initial purchase.
